I love them.
I love buying their products. A lot of stuff is super affordable and the 4 payment installment makes it easier. Their eyeshadows are very pigmented and there is a wide selection of eyeshadow palettes to choose from. Their false eyelashes look great and last. Shipping is always less than 3 weeks for me. Probably because of my location.
Made the mistake of ordering online
Made the mistake of ordering online. They ship FedEx and I’ve received three separate notifications three separate days and still no delivery. FedEx is sloppy and useless, using the pandemic as an excuse. Delivery delays are understandable, erroneous impending delivery notices are not. Contacted BH and they vomit up the same sad excuse and, unbelievably, state to wait for the next notice. Awful customer service. Never again.

Update- it’s been over 12 days now that my parcel has not been delivered. Hermes have mentioned on their we dogs that the sender should contact them if they parcel is stuck for more than 7 days. BH cosmetics have now completely refused to reply. I will file consumer complaint. Expensive lesson learnt, never to order from cheap small American companies. There is no difference between ordering from bh cosmetics and Aliexpress.
Really bad customer service. I ordered products worth over $100 from their website last month. They sent through a cheap shipping company and now my package is lost.
I have emailed the company a few times and I always receive a robotic response stating they can’t contact the company.
Going forward; I am going to stick to ordering from U.K and European companies and websites. At least I get my money back if my parcels are lost.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from a US website to the U.K. and faced irresponsible behaviour and lost money.

Ups and downs
The reason I am giving this company 3 stars is because I find the quality of their eyeshadow varies from palette to palette. The icecream shop palettes ARE REMARKABLE, BUT, the other ones I find dry and hard to blend. There are a few other ones that are good too. But it's hard for me to give a four star rating when there are so much inconsistencies across the board. I WOULD RECCOMEND YOU TRY FOR YOURSELF WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES!
I received my order today- ultimate nuetrals palette
I ordered my ultimate nuetrals palette, though I was nervous due to the reviews however I believe it was due to the pandemic... though we are still in it shipping has since improved. I received my palette today undamaged. I ordered on June 14 and it arrived today on June 23, 2021.
Do not waste your money …
Made an order on 21st February worth 78.44 USD. It has been 66 days in transit and stll no clue.When contacted customer service, got a reply saying my order is on its way and delay due to current pandemic( More than 2 months 😉 ). After that no reply at all.No money No package. Eventhough I get it after this, I did not order to get those stuff to get delivered after 03 months I ordered those. Do not waste your money on them

I placed an order for a palette of shadows and a palette of blushes and I did not receive my products and they did not send the products or refund my money. I have not received any help from them, they do not have professional ethics and their customer service is null. I don’t recommend.

Total Scam Company
I ordered a gift card the day before thanksgiving of 2020 for a Christmas gift. Five minutes after ordering, I got one email stating my credit card was charged, and two minutes later I got another email saying they've mailed the gift card to me. Ten days later, I still hadn't seen the gift card in my mail so I emailed and asked about it. They said they don't give tracking for gift cards because it's just in an envelope and to give it another few days to arrive. A week later, it still hadn't arrived so I emailed again asking for another gift card or a refund. They emailed back a few days later and said they don't mail about physical gift cards. Instead, there was supposed to be a link in my first email with a link to the gift card that I was supposed to print off. There was not a link in the email for a gift card, which I repeatedly told three different "customer service" people. I then took up a complaint with Better Business Bureau. The day the case was going to close, they finally responded to my complaint and emailed a response to me with the gift card link. (this was on January 4, so it had been 6 weeks since I ordered the gift card and past Christmas so I couldn't give it to the person I had purchased it for) I then used the gift card to buy products with, since I couldn't give it as a gift. I had planned to give the items to the local shelter- they were collecting items so their residents could get dressed up for interviews and jobs. I placed the order on Jan 4, 2021, and still waiting for a shipping confirmation. It's now 3 weeks later. I've emailed to ask when my items will be shipped and so far no one has responded. My BBB complaint is still open; I've stated I will not close the case until I have products in hand. They have until Feb 6 to respond.

I'm so mad at this company
I'm so mad at this company. I know that BH is a low price, drugstore makeup company, so my issue is not about quality at all. My problem is that I've ordered my package almost 3 months ago!!!!! I've contacted customer service that told me it's because of the pandemic and were very rude, impatient and unhelpful. the package arrived to my country after two weeks, and then it was held for a month and a half!!!!!! with my postal office telling me it is being sorted before shipped to my city. I've contacted the customer service team that once again offered no help. After a month and a half of being held here, my package was sent (for no apparent reason) to Brazil!! which is the other side of the world from me!!!!!!! I've told the customer service about what happened, and they told me my address was incorrect (it was as correct as can be) and that I need to contact Brazil's postal office to provide my correct address!!!!! after I told them it makes no sense, they told me they'll see what they can do and then ghosted me for two weeks. i'm now waiting for their response before reporting them as a fraud. Would never recommend this company.

An awful company and very low-quality products, it took more than two weeks to ship the items. This while it was showing as shipped from the 2nd day of purchase. Very little pigment in the product, they look nice in the box only. No Return policy all sales are finals. An awful experience will never buy from them, please stay away from the company with no customer service and lowest quality product. I made miske please do not make the same mistake and stay away.

I’m only giving one star because I have to! They really deserve 0 stars! Worst shipping and customer service EVER! I placed my order on 7/7/20 and here we are 7/20/20, and I still have no product! They sent me tracking info, but when you click it says shipping label created, but no shipping info because they haven’t shipped my products! They’re using the pandemic as an excuse for their poor shipping and customer service! Don’t waste your money! Go elsewhere! I ordered from glow recipe on 7/17/20 and already received my products. I also ordered from express on the same day as Bh cosmetics, and received that order as well! Take your hard earned money elsewhere!
Great product for price
I almost didn’t buy from their website because of all the bad reviews but I’m glad I did. All of my stuff was delivered neatly and safe. I got constant updates on my package and it actually arrived 2 days before the delivery date which was about a week after I ordered. I will say that their lipstick shade is different in person than it is online but I still like the colors
They stole my money
I placed an order April 21st 2020 & today is May 21st & have yet to receive a tracking number or my package but best believe they took my money the same day I placed it. I’ve reached out & have not received a response & when I call they say they’re not taking calls.

For the price that I paid, would not shop there again. I found the makeup to be patchy and the packaging was really cheap (like dollar store packaging cheap)

I ordered over $100 worth of products and was so excited about the quality. I got to my items and saw some were missing so I looked to see if it was being shipped separately. No, it was in that box according to the packing slip. I email customer service and go back to work only to find out they keep waiting 3 to 4 days to respond then respond with a run around. Then finally confirmed my missing items and STILL left some off the confirmation. I emailed back 2x with no response. It's been THREE weeks trying to get my items I paid for and am so irritated and so disappointed at this point. Still haven't gotten my items. I really wanted to order more items but how can I do that when they haven't even sent my missing items smh. How can I leave a positive review? Absolutely disgraceful level of customer service. Wish I had read the reviews first. Made a purchase, realised I had ordered the wrong item within minutes contacted customer services, who replied straight away and said I couldn’t change my order. Asked if I could cancel, no reply, asked again, no reply, asked again, no reply. Then an email saying my item was being sent out. Asked again why my order had not be cancelled, straight away replied to say they were so quick to send items that once ordered they could not be cancelled and that they don’t accept returns. What a joke of a company.
