I recently completed a house extension with BHM Extensions and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the team was professional, organised, and transparent about timelines and costs.
Communication throughout the project was excellent. They kept me informed at every stage, answered questions promptly, and were always willing to explain the details of the work being carried out. This made the whole process much less stressful.
The quality of workmanship is outstanding. The extension blends perfectly with the existing structure of the house, and the attention to detail is clear in every aspect of the finish. The team was also respectful of our home, keeping the site tidy and minimising disruption as much as possible.
What stood out the most was their reliability and commitment to delivering exactly what was promised. The project was completed on schedule and within the agreed budget, which is something that can be rare in building projects.
I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a house extension or renovation. A trustworthy, skilled, and professional team who take real pride in their work.

Hani and his team were building my house back extension. All process from original biding till the end went very smoothly with no major problem. Team were extremely polite and respectful and were very considerate and accommodating.
Very unusually for construction the project finished within the originally discussed timeframe and no surprises with the budget.
I am very pleased with the quality of the work as well. Extension looks absolutely amazing, really great job.

Hani and Maninder and the whole team were a pleasure to work with during our side and rear single-storey extension, which included 11sqm of living space a utility room and toilet (approx. 14 sqm total). Despite the project running just a week or two behind schedule due to severe winter weather and slower curing times, the team remained focused, professional, and committed throughout.

They arrived punctually did the occasional Saturday to keep the port on track, and occasionally worked late to make progress. Courteous, hardworking, and quiet, the team were fabulous to work with, and Hani on call and responsed at all hours. They cleaned up after themselves daily and were always respectful of our space.

We got 3 quotes before appointing BHM, 2 were referrals (1 from our architect and 1 from a friend) and BHM we selected from the deluge of mailings we received after you get council approval. BHM was our wild card. BHM wasn’t the most expensive (or the cheapest) but Hani’s communication and ability to address our queries, with confidence and professionalism, gave us total confidence for the get-go. And the project was on budget, with tangible and clear stage payments.

Hani and his team were always helpful and clearly took pride in their work, going the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome, with one small oversight. We’re very pleased with the final result and will work with them again. Sadly due to personal circumstances, Hani never saw the finished project :(

Unlike the project, this review was delayed – but BHM certainly deserves it! I can't say enough good things about our experience with them. From start to finish, they impressed us with their dedication and professionalism. They were incredibly hardworking, often putting in long hours to keep everything on track. And when delays popped up due to other companies, they were nothing but flexible and understanding. It was such a relief knowing we had a team that could adapt and keep moving forward without missing a beat. The finished product speaks for itself – the attention to detail and quality is top-notch! Hani and the team were a pleasure to work with during our single story 4.5M extension construction. His team arrived before their start time and on occasions finished late to get the job finished.

The team delivered without compromising on quality and were very respectful and tidied up their work everytime. They were very helpful and always striving to get the best result.

Right from the beginning the process was handled with great professionalism - from emails, to site visits, and phone calls when needed. We couldn’t be happier with the project.

Hani and the team were a pleasure to work with. Their project plan was ambitious as well as competitive, but they managed to complete on time and with a high quality finish.

The team often arrived before we left the house for work and worked late to get jobs finished, even on the occasional weekend when required.

They communicated well throughout, and whilst no job goes without hiccups, any issues were dealt with promptly.
