Really poor service from their membership and data protection teams who despite several attempts to get hold of my data after feeling I could not trust them, eventually stopped responding to emails thus breaking data protection laws. Have now given up but will never go there again.

Visited a number of shops and generally enjoyed the experience at Bicester. My Missoni summer dress was expensive (£425.00) but the colours were pretty, unfortunately the first time I wore it the clasp broke. Fortunately I'd not gone out otherwise I would have been exposed. I contacted Missoni Bicester who asked I return the dress. As I wanted the dress I asked for a credit so I could have a look round and see if I could get this fixed with an alternative clasp, without returning the dress. Unfortunately, this was not approved. Missoni Bicester agreed to send me another clasp - they sent me exactly the same as the one that had fallen apart, despite advising that others had experienced the same issue. The replacement however was a drab colour, nothing like the dress, it was sent normal post over Christmas, needless to say it arrived much too late even if it had of been suitable, which it wasn't, as it was exactly the same type of 'faulty' clasp. On New Year's eve I received a call advising that the courier would pick up the parcel. I asked for a late collection and was advised that this would be 1pm. Changing all my plans I dashed home - no pickup (due to them leaving much earlier to get to the depot I later found). On the second attempt, I hadn't been sent all the relevant labels. On the third attempt I had planned already made plans, which I had to cancel and ended up damaging my car due to the heavy snow, driving up and down an hour before then to find safe parking, disrupting my plans which included disruption to my exam study. Due to the many inconveniences and no doubt interest on my £425 for months I asked for a gesture of goodwill. In the end I was forced to return the dress - and the 'gesture of goodwill' was a 10-15% reduction on my next purchase and only £10 compensation. I won't say what I feel about the amount of compensation given. In terms of another purchase - I don't think so!
Cecconi’s, Bicester Village
Whilst shopping at Bicester Village, we went into Cecconi’s for refreshments. We ordered 1 Latte, 1 Mocha and 1 bottle of still water. £4.50 each for the coffees - but a whopping £5.25 for 750ml of tap water that wasn’t even cold - it was tepid at best! The coffee was ok, but the water was extortionate in my opinion. We will not be attending this venue again.
Scam
Terrible online service. No response on my order for 5 days. Rang both the store number and village number and received no help
False information it neither Oxford nor designer outlet as you will have in london
First of all it’s one hour away from Oxford second it doesn’t have designer wears as you will have in London. Over priced restaurants. I live in Oxford and I don’t get it why it has been promoted as place to visit. Oxford is a place to visit which has history not biester village. Ppl should sue England to wrongly classify it as Oxford. It has nothing to do with Oxford
Bad experience in Kate Spade
My friend & I, received poor customer service from the sales associate Emma at Kate Spade. She was too busy rolling her eyes and speaking rudely in Chinese about my friend and I. Only brought from Kate Spade because of the great Black Friday offer. Otherwise, don’t go into Kate Spade for their customer service cause it’s non existent. Hope she doesn’t get commission from our purchases.
if you are considering the Hands Free service...
Should you be planning to visit Bicester Village and utilize the Hands Free Shopping service - you may want to think twice. We discovered that the system is set up in a manner that it's possible that after completing your day of shopping, you may end up waiting for your purchases to arrive at the concierge for far longer than you ever expected. This happened to us. We were forced to miss two trains back to London.
How does this occur? We were told that when using the Hands Free service, make your purchase customer and then presents the retailer with a specific QR code. The items will then be dispatched to the concierge service within the hour. However, we also learned that if the retailer fails to deliver within the hour, there's little the concierge can do to help. As in our situation, they merely made phone calls and then told us sorry you'll have to wait.
As a result, after making our last purchase, we waited an hour before going back to the concerige to pick up our things. (It was only supposed to take an hour for our purchases to get from the store to the conceirge.) When we got there only some of the things had arrived. We missed our first train. When then waited another 45 mins waiting for our items to arrive. We had to ask multiple times if someone could follow up. The concerige said there was nothing they could do but call the retailer, in this case Bash, and then wait. Of course maybe the problem is just the sales people at Bash.
We were quite excited about this service, and it was nice to shop without carrying everything throughout the day. But it was an unpleasant surprise that we had to wait so long at the end of the day. We will have to share our reservations about the service with our friends that have been planning to visit from Hong Kong and Singapore. Our time in London was short and it's unfortunate we had part of that time wasted.
Afternoon of Nov. 25.
Think twice.
It’s a con
It’s a con. Everything there is the same price if not more expensive than in sales or found online. I went to longchamp to buy a pillage bag and it was 5 quid more expensive than their online store. I think it’s probably aimed for those abroad wanting to use their duty free in one place but for locals, it’s a bit of a waste of time and money. It’s a good bit of PR there though. Lots of people instagramming and looking to out-designer each other. Quite vulgar.
5 star con!
The stars/points system is a complete con. I earned over 3000 stars and they were logged. Logged in later and nothing was showing. Contacted customer service and was told to log out and log back in. Nothing. In the meantime I paid a visit and got 1100 stars but couldn't see them. Contacted customer service. Lily told me to do the same thing again. All the 3000 stars were gone! Should have had over 4000 stars. More messages then Lily told me to prove my stars with receipts! I told her it was their responsibility. She then replied that she could see I had 3000 stars. Logged in and 1100 stars and the 3000 had been lost because I had "reset" them!
Do not bother with these crooks!

Bought 2 suitcases on 10/07 when got them home wouldn’t fit our storage requirements(our mistake) contacted Tom at Bicester store and he confirmed I could change for smaller cases. Even sent email confirming return if he was not in store on return date. Excellent customer service from Tom and the staff member who dealt with exchange when I returned today. Many thanks Neil

Very bad experience with parking and the staff. This place is just soo fake. Looks and flits and glam but a real crappy place, customer service is bad. I think they employ staff that are able to demonstrate rudeness and stupidity to the highest level.
Useless personal Shopping service
Useless personal Shopping service. Called up management office to ask if someone could check if Gucci had a trainer I wanted before making my long journey.
Was given WhatsApp number to message personal shopping service. They are useless. Delay in reply and when they do reply it’s automated asking for details which I already sent them in detail. Still no one has got back to me. All it needed was someone to just pop in the Gucci store and check. 10 mins.
No one cares here so will get my trainers from elsewhere. V Poor experience
Ruined birthday supprise
I took my partner for her birthday to the Mulberry shop for her new handbag. The staff were rude and other than spoiling my partners birthday supprise I would not have purchased anything from here. @mulberry needs a word with staff.
Shopped in Stella McCartney but won’t again
Shopped in Stella McCartney, staff apart from one were very aloof and totally ignored us, but fawned all over 2 American ladies, the lady who sought out a pair of shorts to match the sandals I was buying told me the sandals were the price on the label but the shorts were a further 50% down. At the till another woman served and charged full price, when I informed her I’d been told there was further discount on the shorts she dismissed it, my husband just paid as she made him feel quite small, looking back I wish I’d just handed them back, but we couldn’t get out quick enough
Abby at Gucci
I bought items from Gucci at Bicester and I was served by a lovely girl called Abby , she is amazing she couldn’t help me enough and I would always go back there she made my experience so nice and special , Gucci are very lucky to have such a lovely and kind girl working for them !!! Thank you Abby Kim
Do not book with Premier Inn
Do not book this property. I made an online reservation. I typed my email address incorrectly. I called them straight away and gave them the correct address and was told the booking confirmation would be amended and mailed. I didn’t receive. I called today to cancel the booking, but as they didn’t re-send the booking reference I cannot cancel online. The number(s) I called over several days to cancel the booking just ring for ages after they say they are connecting you. When I did speak to a human being she told me to hold the line and then went silent. After several minutes I asked if she was there, she said she was but then went silent (I left the line open for TEN minutes). Now they are not answering again. I have had to contact my bank and ask them to block any charges to the hotel so that they don’t charge me for “non-cancellation” or as a “no show”. I will NEVER make a booking with Premier Inn again.
Don’t expect any after sales service
There is nothing wrong with looking for a bargain within outlets but you need to be aware that’s exactly what these stores are. You may be buying a particular label but don’t expect the service you would receive if you visited an actual store.
For example, I bought a pair of shoes and a polo shirt from the Prada store in Bicester for £610. When I got home I realised they had neglected to include any dust bags with the footwear. It took me a significant time to be able to make contact with the store and when I did, they simply told me that they didn’t have any?!?!
You need to be aware that once you have paid your money, you are no longer of interest to them but if you’re happy with this, you may just pickup a bargain. I think I’ll pay the extra for a little better service
Never again
I live in Bicester and am often told how ‘lucky’ I am to have Bicester Village on our doorstep. So today I thought I’d give it another go after several disappointing visits previously.
Wow…
From the pitiful shoppers desperate to grab a bargain brand, to the shop assistants that were either rude or unhelpful (or both) I found the whole experience horrifying. Very busy, poor stock availability and a general sense of ‘better than you’ finished it off.
Lived in Bicester for 10 years, won’t ever be returning. For shoppers that make this a ‘destination’ in the UK….words fail me
Crowded
Crowded. Rude staff. Long waits for shopping. Got dragged round by my granddaughter and won’t be going again.
