I went to the village today
I went to the village today, and trust me, I won't be going back. The customer service is really lacking—they're rude and unhelpful. At first, I thought it was just one shop, but then I found that the servers in all the shops were the same. I'd rather go to Selfridges and pay full price than deal with this kind of treatment again.
Great experience, like no other
I had a great time a bicester village this weekend.
The planting was beautiful. The staff were all kind and friendly and the shops have good sale items and offers.
It really is now only the top designer brands at Bicester Village which sets them apart from all other outlets.
I visited Bister yesterday
I visited Bister yesterday. It wasn’t good, there was a lot of bad quality items that were overpriced in many shops. It really wasn’t a pleasant visit. The assistants in the shops were however extremely nice and professional . It’s a nice place to visit but not really interesting for great buys anymore.
Absolutely awesome
Absolutely awesome - I get alll of my pink outfits from here!
Avoid Moncler
Today I went into the Moncler store to exchange the jacket I bought on Tuesday 30th Feb for a smaller size.
When exchanging the item the sales associate examined the jacket in all the necessary areas ( this took about 5 mins) and deemed it ok so I filled out the exchange form. As she went to hang it back up on the rack she came back and asked if I wore it as there is clear marks on the front of the jacket, I said no so she went to get her supervisor. After all this I was told I could not exchange it. However, upon looking at the desk it was inspected on there was antibacterial gel in blobs on the table. I told the supervisor and the sales associate that clearly the jacket picked that up when it was folded on the table. The sales associate quickly mopped up the gel with her finger and then exclaimed no one used it? As someone who’s made a 2 hour return trip to exchange a high purchase item to then having to go out with a stained jacket is incredibly insulting. To be blamed for the mark; insinuating that I wore the jacket, when there was no mark on inspection made me incredibly angry. Not only this, but they took the jacket hanger and did not give it back to me.
ARMANI Bicester Village
ARMANI Bicester Village - Cust Service BEWARE
I shop often at Bicester and I rarely complain but yesterday's issue really annoyed me to the roof.
Bought a few items at Armani at around 5ish PM and requested for 2 extra small bags as some of the items were for gifts - They tell me they have a shortage of bags and so off I went. I got out of the shop and mind you it was raining. Not only were they in shortage, the items fell off the bag as the bottom bit opened and all these items fell on a wet, muddy floor. Clearly, I was not happy already and the lady refunded me and said nothing else.
Here's me the next day checking my account and lo and behold - NO REFUND. I call them around 920 am - A staff who didn't sound like she was bothered told me it takes 6-7 days refund. I was not born yesterday and I know refunds can be made 1-2 days after. What made it worse is the lady who did the refund made no mentions of this which I have raised to the staff who I spoke to in the morning. She sounded insincere and not sure about her job. Bicester Village you need to check the reputations about the workers as the experience of shopping atleast should not be like I've bought something from SHEIN! Appalling!

Park Where You Like!
I arrived at the village on the first day of the sale at 7.05am. I haven’t visited since earlier this year but I am fully aware how busy it can be. I could not believe that at this time there were barely any disabled parking bays available. My carer had a quick look around and it was apparent there are many bays but the majority were occupied without displaying a blue badge. We asked a security manager if the scheme was suspended and he said there was no support from management to enforce it, he was fed up of being told to ‘ F- - - off’ when challenging those without a badge, and unlike most other private car parks - there is no penalty for parking in a disabled space without a badge. This has obviously become well known and it’s now a free for all, to the detriment of disabled individuals. I understand legally a certain number of spaces are required at premises but what use are these if anyone can park there? Later on we returned to the car to collect some medication and realised I needed to visit the toilets quickly. There were queues to enter by now so I explained the situation to a steward and showed a medical device, he referred me to someone else who eventually let us back in. A change in policy and staff training is desperately needed here if the centre is to be accessible and safe for individuals with additional needs.
BICESTER APARTMENT LOST MY STUFF
PURCHASED SOME ITEMS FROM A BOUTIQUE, AND AS I AM A LEVEL 3 MEMBER I AM ENTITLED TO SEVERAL PERKS AROUND THE VILLAGE SUCH AS HANDS FREE SHOPPING AND COMPLIMENTARY FREE DELIVERY- ON THIS OCCASION A PERSONAL SHOPPER FROM THE VILLAGE PROCESSED MY DELIVERY. A FEW DAYS LATER AS I WAS NOT HOME-INSTEAD OF CONTACTING ME FIRST- DPD CLAIMED TO HAVE DELIVERED THE ITEMS TO A NEIGHBOUR- WHICH DOES NOT FIT THE DESCRIPTION OF ANYONE I KNOW- THEY ALSO SENT A PHOTO OF A CLOSED FRONT DOOR- NO DELIVERY IN SIGHT AS PROOF OF DELIVERY
TO MAKE MATTERS WORST AFTER CONFIRMING THAT MY NEIGHBOUR DOES NOT FIT THE FAKE DESCRIPTION GIVEN BY THE DRIVER- DPD CLAIMED THE SAME DRIVER HAD RETURNED TO TO MY BUILDING TO CONFIRM DELIVERY - NEITHER MYSELF OR MY ACTUAL NEIGHBOUR IN QUESTION HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY THE DRIVER FOLLOWING THIS VISIT.
THE DRIVER HAS MORE THAN LIKELY STOLEN MY PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY OR IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED AT ALL.
DPD HAVE SPENT THE PAST 2 WEEKS CONTRADICTING AND SHIFTING THE BLAME AWAY FROM THE FACT THEIR DRIVER DID NOT HANDLE MY ITEMS WITH CARE AND NOW THAT MY ITEMS ARE POTENTIALLY AT THIS POINT MISSING - THEY ARE REFUSING TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR IT.
Many shops like a jumble sale - awful
I just don't begin to understand the appeal of this place. Yes, they have made it 'pretty' with appealing public seating areas and plants. But the SHOPS - oh, goodness me, they are revolting! Some of them (the empty ones) have a few tastefully spaced bags or dresses on display. The others are more like jumble sales with endless rows and piles of creased clothing. These shops can't even be bothered to iron the window display items. I've gone along with my husband in the past as he likes it there, but this time even he agreed he'd rather pay the full price and shop where they seem to care about the merchandise. One other praiseworthy thing is the toilets - plenty of them and clean which is a big plus for me, but we won't be returning.
I’m very regular customer and shop very…
I’m very regular customer and shop very often at bicester village for any kind of clothing and shoe wear. On 07.5.2023 I have been shopping at bicester village and purchased a jumpsuit at Balmain worth of £995.00 which is quite large amount of money. The date I have purchased it I’ve taken video sent it to my friend and have not worn it as I have purchased this jumpsuit for my friends wedding on 26 th of May . I was going to wear it the day I was going on holiday and as I was going to put it on I have noticed a wholes at the very bottom of both legs which have been there already. Because I didn’t worn it this must been manufacture fault (all tags 🏷️ was still there ) as it didn’t look this was made at shop when people was trying it on because they do not try clothing with their shoes on. Unfortunately I was needed to change my outfit for something different as I couldn’t wear the jumpsuit with wholes … As soon as I come back from my holidays on 29 th May , on weekend 4th of June I went straight away to store with my issue . I have bought this jumpsuit to store and left it for investigation . I have messaged Bicester village Balmain store ( on WhatsApp) and response back from them was “ thank you for your patience firstly. I have heard back from our after-sales team and unfortunately on this occasion there is nothing we can do as the damage is not a manufacturing issue but rather wear and tear” I am very disappointed as for the amount of money I would expect the highest quality of clothing as well as the best customer service. I am in thoughts of to purchase again in the future for the poor communication and service I have experienced with Balmain.
