Good responsive advice and action as requested

Our APT holiday was everything as described by our consultant Jen Parker and more. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to dealing with Bicton Travel again

Where other travel agents purported to be " experts" they did not have the depth of knowledge I found at Bicton travel.
My booking is for a 10 day cruise with my extended family members - 10 passengers.

I usually deal with the same agent at Bicton Travel. He remembers me even at functions where there could be a crowd of people. I find that as soon as I contact my agent he knows my preferences and will give some alternatives for me to consider. Initially I do my own research for cruises and prices and Bicton has always been able to better the prices (or offer me a good obc instead).of other agencies. It is great that they are located in the same state as my residence, and of course the same time zone as me (which is very beneficial during summer when the eastern states are three hours ahead of WA.)

Jasmine was brilliant on resolving barriers to our trip plans. She made the trip easier with her suggestions and amendments to travel options and hotels. She also prevented an airline booking disaster when Thai airways thought it was a great idea to take the next leg of a journey when our aircraft had already departed. We have relied on Bicton Travel for our numerous trips over a few years and find them reliable and responsive.
