I haven't tried any of the products yet but they look good and super packaging. Pity they aren't all available but I reckon that's probably because of dragons den where I saw it. Postage is cacbitv pricey but they're delivered in fairly large fully recyclable ♻️ packages by Royal Mail.

Enquired multiple times re home manufacturing . Polite requests for further information , understanding they may be inundated after the Dragons Den programme. 3 enquiries to date with no acknowledgement whatsoever which is disappointing,

Love the idea behind this brand, giving unemployed people the chance to make some money. Eco friendly packaging and simple ingredients make this the perfect brand for me.

Bide has such a great concept , I fount the products I have to be good with a light scent .
Toilets bomb have been fantastic ,likewise the scrub . Washing powder and the washing up liquid all products I would continually use . I would of liked to start buying the body wash and hand wash been seems always out of stock. I am aware the company is struggling which is sad to hear and it's is so unfair to hear that a company that does the right thing ends up paying the biggest costs or prices in stock.
I really do hope this company works out, so I can continue to purchase products from .

Sorry, ordering & delivery were good but disappointed with the product itself. No fizz or aroma when product was added to the toilet. Won’t be reordering.

Always love bide products. And the service and postage times and brill too. The scent and sustainability also add to my love of the products and company.

I haven’t received my full order . After emailing to enquire where the rest of my order was I was told that my order was delayed due to lots of orders but it would be with me on Monday. It’s now Wednesday and still no order. I have the items ordered on a subscription too but think I may have to cancel. Such a shame.

Absolutely wonderful ethos and products. I use the laundry powder, dishwasher powder and washing up liquid as well as toilet scrubs and compostable cloths. Recyclable packaging and and a happy conscience! Go get those Dragons, Team Bide! xxx

I have made two orders from Bide Planet. The first order was perfect, loved the laundry powder so ordered again. On my second order I purchased 3 items (washing liquid, laundry powder and the new hand wash). The website said the hand wash was out of stock, but still wanted to order it for when it was back in stock. When my parcel arrived the packing list said the hand soap was sent but it wasn't in the parcel. I emailed and got an immediate response to say it would be shipped in 3 weeks. I just wanted confirmation that they were aware it wasn't sent despite the packing list saying it was. I waited several weeks and after 6 weeks of no hand soap I emailed the company, making sure to reply with the email I originally sent and I've had no response at all. So I've paid for a product that I never got and they have not responded.

I was a bit disappointed with the toilet bombs - not much fizz and no scent whatsoever. I won't be ordering any more.

Easy and convenient. Love the little cardboard boxes coming through my letterbox in contrast to Amazon monstrosities.
Packaging minimal, products work very well. Won't go back to anything else. You can get cheaper on the supermarket shelves but I feel so much better knowing I'm getting an ethical product I can trust

I love the washing up liquid, the toilet scrub and bombs. They are so effective and can be used to clean other things too. Plus you know exactly who makes them, it's written on the back of each bag. Perfect.

Quick delivery and a great natural laundry detergent that leaves washing clean and smelling lovely. A fantastic way for a company to help those that need it too.
