I love this laundry powder, & it cleans so well at just 30°......I’m so happy to find an eco-cleaning alternative to the existing products that is cruelty free & without harsh chemicals. I also use it very successfully for hand washing delicate items, & it does not make my hands feel dry like the others I have used.

Really wanted to love the toilet bombs. They smelt amazing but didn’t fizz when dropped into the toilet and the smell didn’t last much longer

I like the smell of the kitchen surface cleaner and it does the job, sadly not convinced the toilet bombs are up to the job :( we get a yellow stain in the bottom that's really hard to shift which it doesn't seem to touch. Haven't tried the other products in my bundle yet - using up old products first

My laundry is clean and smells so good after use the seets. It's great to wash my clothes without buy plastic, and having much more space at home. I love this method, it's practical and affordable way.

Bide products never fail to please. They arrive quickly and always do the job they are intended to do. I love buying my cleaning products from Bide because I know I can rely on them and it is a small company run on ethical standards. A real credit to everyone involved.

I love their toilet cleaning products and after buying a 'test kit' I came back for more. The toilet scrub is great and smells nice (compared to the bleach and other stuff I used before) plus it smells nice and I've used it on taps and the sink in the bathroom as well and it helps get rid off built up lime scale even in crevices.

The bathbombs help in the harder to reach places (who wants to stick their hand down the toilet? Not me!). And, like the scrub they smell good.

I've given up on another conventional and very chemical products because they are certainly no better in cleaning, they often smell horrible, and they come with lots of plastic packaging. Bide products arrived quickly with no plastic. :)

Loved the premise behind this company - good for people and for the planet. The free samples were a generous amount and my toilet is looking better already

I tried to delay my last subscription but my request was ignored and I was sent anyway. Arrived squashed, broken and leaking so had to go straight into the bin.
I've since tried cancelling my subscription but again am ignored. Poor customer service. Such a shame as we need more products and companies like this.
Edit: the company has reached out, apologised and sorted my issue which I appreciate.
