And I requested that I needed my purchase by a certain date(7 days after purchasing them) placed the order on a Friday, arrived by Monday

I only wanted one special rocket firework for a memorial occasion and it did not arrive in time.It was so disappointing and the occasion did not end in the way I had planned.The company gave me a refund.

Your fireworks was the best I ever seen so far my family enjoyed it very much so I can only recommend any to purchase from big show fireworks when using them there where very powerful and light up the midnight sky and hopefully in the new years eve I can purchase some more

Extensive catalogue of excellent fireworks. Plenty of choice and a great price range!!
Videos to watch of each firework but believe me they dont actually do the real thing justice!!
The firework party was mind blowing. Everybody that attended of all ages spent the rest of the evening and are still posting comments about how good the display was.
They were easy to order. Great prices and a discount plus a free multi shot cake!!!
Delivered to my door 3 days from order and payment.
Can't give more than five stars but we had a sky full on bonfire night!
Won't be going anywhere else in future!!!

Mixed up order bad attitude
I have used big shotter fireworks for 4 years i have not one complaint about the fireworks its the customer service and delivery ive a problem with it was a disaster from start to finish and I spent around a 1000 pounds they started by sending some wrong fireworks which is fine as it had previously happened and they apologised and sorted it promptly however this time when I rang up I was accused of lying by the guy on the phone had a complete nightmare whilst sorting it out no follow-up to check it got sorted from management nothing but bad attitude needless to say they have lost a loyal returning customer and ill not be recommending them anymore literally at least 5 people I know I've put their way will not be returning either ....shame as their fireworks are good

Fireworks arrived promptly. Packaging was good although there was a lot of powder in base of plastic under the one firework .
