The saga continues - no refund received

The saga continues. Refund supposedly processed … twice! I was told maybe it was a problem with my email, maybe with my bank. Well, you have emailed me successfully telling me refund was processed. My bank has said there have been NO funds deposited. What excuse next? Beware a company that doesn’t do what it says!

Very pleased with Bigamart

Bigamart made it easy to order online, has a nice selection of health supplements, processed my order quickly and shipped it promptly. It was a very user friendly and professional experience. I will order with them again!

Great service everytime!

You keep me informed every step of the way, tracking my package. But even more importantly, you deliver exactly what I ordered in a reasonable time. I wish other sellers were as good and reliable as Bigamart!

I received the product

I received the product. I thought it was lost because I got shipping notice on 6/6 and didn't receive it until 6/21 Finally realized that your company is in UK which also explained the shipping cost which was really high. There is another glass with a different image which used to be available through the Victorian Trading Co. Would like to get that one also. All is good!
