Easy way to see Abu Dhabi in a short space of time
Convenient way of getting around with useful information. We got the 48 hour ticket which provided a good method of transport to the main tourist attractions. The only downside was the commentary didn't work very well on one of the buses, otherwise happy to recommend.

Beautifull city but long distance between atrackions
The distance are too long and it's dificult to go back to a place. Takes yours to get to Ferrari word changing buses. Finish at 6pm and it should go till 8pm.

demarkation of bus stops
We enjoyed the 2 day 48 hour ticket, but your bus stops are terribly sign posted; only the Marina Mall and Shaikh Zahed Grand Mosque have any signage or stop sign telling your customers that this is the right place to wait for the bus. Most other places we hopped on we saw other passengers with either your route map or ticket.
We missed the bus at # 10 stop because we waited at an incorrect place.

Learning a new city
I love the Big Bus Tours. It is the best way to visit a city, learn the history, and see the most visited areas. I do this in every city I visit. I have visited over 25 countries.
Sometimes I need more hours in the day to see things. I do the 48 hour pass when possible. You have time to see more and not be as rushed if it is a big city.

Big Bus Tour, the first choice for sightseeing.
I felt so luck to make a right choice to ride some BigbBus tours when I visited Dubai, UAE, in Feb. 14-21, 2016. My wife and I were very impressed by their great services. Especially they provide us free transportation from Dubai to Abu Dhabi when we booked a tour for Abu Dhabi. It’s so convenient and saves us money and time. The most worth things are the thoughtful customer services by the team who made us so comfortable and happy such as Ms. Anafe, Mei, Jamie in my Abu Dhabi tour, and Ayze and Saiffudin in my Dubai Night tour. They all are great guiders, drivers and helpers.

It was a tiring but amazing experience from which i learned a lot of new things! The staff were very helpful , funny and dedicated of their work. I would definetly go on another bus tour in another city of the world even though one day is not that enough to visit a big city like Abu Dhabi.
