Real Time gps buses not effective.
Waited more than 1 hour and finally gave up. Métro and City buses less expensive and more efficients .

Ended up walking too much as the Buses were taking longer than expected. Asked for a refund only to be offered an extra day for free which we didn't need or couldn't use because we were not around to make use of the service. We bought the 48 hour package and hardly benefited.

The information provided by electronic guid is so poor that you could feel as a professor just reading some abstracts from Wikipedia on topics about Budapest. Through the excursion it wasn’t even mentioned when and by whom was built the Parliament of Budapest. The text generally is the following: the Parliament is beautiful; look at the monument of this politician, his imapact was very important; it’s a square - it’s great. After all once we took a bus, the audio guide was working may be few stops and then all the bus could here nothing but the noise of unfixed technics. The bus stops are difficult to find, they are not remarkable at all.

Very welcomed when arrived to change evoucher ticket into day tickets for the bus tour. Only problem was trying to get a bus back in the afternoon as it was not so frequent as thought would be hence could not use the ticket to full advantage.

Rude and unkind staff member...I asked a very simple question about the bus stops, she replyed me she was eating...never seen something like this in other cities!!!

Routes were frequent enough and except the early stop of services on the 24th which was expected, they resumed the very next day. The route is well designed and allowed us to quickly view the city and also used it for travelling. Staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Cruise is also worth its while. Buses are a bit old and worn out which could be improved.

I'm impressed. The tour was very interesting, with a lot of useful information. I will be happy to use BIG BUS it other countries as well.
