Comedian driver was great!
We had two drivers, since we got off the bus at one point and then back on. I am sorry I don't know their names, but they were both good. The second one, especially, was so funny he had us laughing the whole time. It was fun! Thanks!

Our experience was very pleasant
Our experience was very pleasant. I had forgotten to bring the printed copy of our tickets. The agent at the Willis Tower stop that morning took my receipt # and managed to get our tickets on line. He was very helpful. I also enjoyed the commentary of the tour guide. In all a very enjoyable experience.

Tourists delight

Highlight of Weekend
My mom and I went to Chicago for a weekend trip and crammed so many things in - I have to say, Big bus tour was our favorite. Our tour guide (Ryan) was so hillarious, charming and entertaining the whole time, and made wonderful recommendations that we took for the rest of our trip. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, and recommend they try to get Ryan as their guide if they can!
