Unfortunately the day I took the Night Bus Tour was cold on the second level(roof), so I went down to the first level.Since the bus had a lot sings and decorations on the window, I couldn't see outside very well. A lot of Big Bus riders came down and had the same experience. The bus should be designed that we can see the view from the first level as well.

I really liked this way to Explore Dubai. The buses clean some with wifi .friendly guides on the bus green and red answering questions. Before joining asked some questions at customer service. Quick detailed response. I recommend Big Bus.

I have just been fooled BIG Time by…
I have just been fooled BIG Time by this company.
I was convinced by their seller to buy the 7 day pass at 599 Dirham because the had a free shuttle service to and from Abu Dhabi.
Reality is that we were dropped off at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. At the arrival, after 2 hours of bus ride with no information at all, we were informed the this stop was only a drop of not a hop on stop. And that the return bus was departing from Marina Mall. How to get there was our problem.
After discussing lengthy with the Big Bus representative she refused to solve the problem. I could either pay 2 x 210 Dirham for a 1 day Big Bus Abu Dhabi ticket (already holding a valid ticket for Dubai) or take a taxi to The Marina Mall some 30 km away.
This is a major fraud and the most unprofessional behavior in any tourist company I have experienced lately

The experience was good but I have just received my credit card bill and I’ve been charged twice, or for two separate bookings.
I had a problem during the booking process and it said it failed at payment point but clearly it didn’t and I’ve been charged twice.
Please can this be reimbursed.

Pricey but good if you've got the time
It is a good trip and having the face to face guide in the red route certainly made it a lot better! Devine was fantastic. I had a day pass but was only able to use it from 2pm till7pm. Due to the cost of the trip I would recommend if you're buying this to have all your time to spend to make it worth your while.

Great company, if you want to see all famous places in Dubai it is one of the best choices. When you buy a 5 days ticket you can attend all Big Bus routes plus get some extras. Buses equipped with free WiFi in board, some of them even with high speed internet. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help you.

Loved the tours around Dubai.
Bought a 2 day Premium ticket for Dubai. There are 3 routes which we covered over the two days. If anything, there was too little time to see the top attractions. There is a large area to cover however we managed to see what we wanted to. The river cruise was also enjoyable. Our guide on the red route, I’m sorry but forgot his name was very knowledgeable and learned many facts about Dubai.

Have just done the Big Bus Tour in Dubai over two days. Excellent way to get around. A little expensive but I think is worth the cost as you see a lot. Very well organised and plenty of help from representatives if needed. Guides are really knowledgeable and approachable . Highly recommend.

Would not probably recommend
The buses were not on time, and the period between them were broader than 30 min((
The guides speak English non properly which makes in difficult to understate.
Moreover, some stops either does not work or are not interesting. Some of staff were rude and unwelcome(
The ticket which was not used was non refunded, as well as the night tour bus had departured before the announced time , thus so one of my friend was not able to able to join us and the ticket expired.
Overall , the excursion need a large improvement and should be organized more carefully to be enjoyable and interesting.

A great way to see Dubai
A great way to see Dubai, very frequent buses and always plenty of seats. We had to use taxis a few times because they don't run very late after say 6pm and also because the routes are all in the same circular direction. If you are at stop 12 for example and want to go to 10 you have to go all the way round 13, 14, 1,2,3,4 etc which could take an hour.

Absolutely fantastic , this made our trip ,
We enjoyed every minute of Dubai, we bought a 5 day deluxe for £72 it's the best £72 we've ever spent, as long as 5 day pass to hop on & off bus we also got 1 night sunset desert trip with few extras & 1 night downtown trip to see everything lit up,
Visit into Palm & inside Atlantis ,there were far too many more to mention, I would definitely recommend buying this pass,
The only downside was that we wished we could have stayed longer.

BIG BUS - BIG LIAR ?
We've bought a 5-day tour package from Big Bus in Dubai, trusting their word that it was a good value. To our surprise, we've seen multiple attractions where the entrance tickets on the ground went at half the price of what Big Bus claimed in their brochures.
For example, Big Bus claims that the Dubai Marina Boat cruise costs 125 AED, while the the actual price is 65 AED. According to Big Bus, the Arabian Dhow trip costs 105 AED while the price is actually 50 AED. Not only we didn't save any money with the Big Bus package, we actually overpaid for these attractions.
I took pictures of the actual pricing and pointed out the error to the Big Bus representatives who sold me the package. They told me they "will get back to me" over phone/email but, since I never heard back, I'm posting this on the Internet.

I had 3 big bus tours (6 tickets) in the last 2 months. I have the following comments:
(i) It is almost imppossible to complete the 3 journeys and the cruise in one day.
(ii) Compared to other activities offered in Dubai (safari, Abu Dhabi trips etc) my feeling is that your product is overpriced by at least 10%
