Nice different tours. Very easy to come on the busses. The busdrivers very nice and also the stuff.
On every bus were water bottles for free.
We found the night tour very good.
I can recommended the 5 days ticket.

The bus tours by theirselves were good, but the bus stops weren’t properly marked so it was impossible to find them. It was the same for the marina boat trip. First we had trouble finding the boat and once we were on the boat we had the impression to disturb the crew. In fact they were preparing a catering and tables for a dinner later that day. That’s why we didn’t feel comfortable at all and we couldn’t really enjoy the cruise.

WiFi didn’t work on many buses. Map was very difficult to follow.

Big Bus Dubai tours are great!

Visiting Dubai for the first time. Before leaving the US, booked Big Bus Tours two-day tickets for Dubai. Rode the Red Route the first day and stopped to shop in the souks. The second day, rode the Green Route and stopped in the Emirates Mall and then the Blue Route. Big Bus Tours are efficient and informative. The live guide on the Red Route was also entertaining. There wasn’t enough time to take in the extra tours offered but it was very nice having them available. I was in Hong Kong before coming to Dubai and was completely satisfied using Big Bus there. I’ve only been disappointed with Big Bus Las Vegas which was a complete waste of time and money when I used them a year ago. So glad that I didn’t let that bad experience keep me away from Big Bus Tours. A great way to see a city.

A very good possibility to explore Dubai, very nice stuff, good service.

Easy to use, great staff, and covered all the main areas. It was the first thing we did in Dubai, very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful day in Dubai riding the Big Bus Tour. I do think that the recorded tours could be less repetitive but overall we learned a lot and had a great time!

We have booked Big Bus Tours for our stay in Dubai.

And what a capital failure that was, I will explain: we bought a ticket pass for 2 days, so 48 hours in theory is "wrong". Big Bus only works from 9:00 to 18:00, so in reality you have only 18 hours to use instead of the 48 hours promised.

Second, the route is so long, and the Big Bus has too little buses running and the traffic is so intense, that in the 2 days we spent there, we always ended up losing the last connection to our hotel, because they don't even wait for last passengers, and me and my wife ended up paying for a metro ticket from Dubai mall to be able to come to the hotel. So i ask myself "Why did I buy a Big Bus ticket, if in the end I still need to ride the metro and buy a ticket for it?".

Third, they offer extra tours in their package, that start too early in the morning, and therefore if your hotel is not near the starting place of that Tour, you will need again to travel by metro and pay the metro ticket, because with Big Bus, you will never arrive in time.

Resuming, there is a another company in Dubai, that provides a better service with more buses and more routes, and works every day until 8 pm "not 6 pm like Big Bus" and I advise you to really check your options when in Dubai, in my honest opinion using the services of Big Bus is a waste of precious time and money.

We were really happy to be on tour with Big Bus. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our highlight: the night tour. We also liked the additional attractions (the boat cruises and free entry to the Lost Chambers). Another plus factor: There were always enough water bottles that we could take for free. There is just one thing to note: Especially in the late afternoon, the frequency of about 20 minutes cannot be maintained due to traffic jams.

During the night tour wind was crazy. Maybe the bus should slow down a little? I never knew that it can be chilly in Dubai. Otherwise a great experience.

In general, the staff were helpful, cordial and great to have show us Dubai. Good to loop options, and the bus is comfortable. However, the panoramic night tour has to be one of the biggest kerfluffles I've ever seen in tourism. If I could, I would have gotten off the bus. (In hindsight I would've skipped it). The loops on this tour are extra. The tour easily could have been 30 minutes shorter. There was a ton of confusion as to what bus went where at the end leaving the light show. (At that point we just took a cab and quit the tour). The brochures in Dubai do not have a lot of timing information - so ask a lot of questions of on the ground of bus staff if you plan on taking advantage of any added perks such as River cruises that may come along with your ticket so you'll have ample time to get to the destination.

The Tour is very good and the different language. But I Ihink very bad are the time when you leave the bus. The bus is not in time, we stand 20-30 minutes on a bus station. The Ship from Dubai Marina goes only every one hour. The first trip goes on 12:00, but there is no information,

I had luxury ticket but due to good weather we spend more timme on the beach so did not take full advantage of it as it has a lot of extras. I booked in advance and it was easy to activate my ticket at which time your 5 days start. We did both the extra boat trips and loved the one in the marina (a bit difficult to find as you need to go through glass door before you can reach boat of dubai tour). Free water and (good!) wifi was a nice extra. WE used all three routes. Would have liked to do extra excursion to Sharjah but didn't have time in the end.

Comfortable buses, prompt service, interesting commentary and convenient pickup points. The complimentary bottled water was much appreciated.
