Went in the evening tour, great time.Very informative tour guide except it was sometimes hard to hear him over the engine noise .

The tour was great. The 3 day ticket with the night tour and Eiffel Tower was a great buy. The only problem I had was some of the stops were difficult to find. I had done the tour in San Francisco before and didn't have that problem there.

I booked 3-day Vegas hop-on hop-off tour. That is the worst idea. The frequency of that service is very bad. Not enough buses they have. Can't depend on this to move around.

Enjoyed the tour very much our guide Ralph went over and beyond in keeping us informed. He not only knew his history he was also very funny. We would definitely recommend this trip

This review is the 2nd of 2 reviews. I had to do 2 because I always enjoy doing the tours but this year I had 2 very different experiences. This one was in regards to the tour guide Joel. He was the tour guide when I took the night tour on Wednesday 11/14/18 and he wasn't really that great. He was a little cynical and clearly didn't have the best opinion of the Strip area, beyond just giving helpful information for travelers (we were told that Downtown really cares about our business but no one on the strip does. While I would appreciate if this was his personal experience, I have honestly found the opposite to be true so found it a little uncouth to pronounce it as though it was fact). But he wasn't TOO bad this night. But then after I hopped off the bus the next day from Gloria's tour, I walked around and then I unfortunately had the bus where Joel was again the tour guide. The whole time he was switching his microphone on and off (I think he was having a bad day or was restless) and whenever he spoke on the mic, he sounded alright but I was sitting in the front and he was muttering to himself the whole time when not using the mic and cussing and was just generally in a foul mood and clearly did not want to be there. He was complaining about the traffic and just generally having to be there. Then later towards the end, a customer sitting behind me asked a question about the bus behind us (Joel had said that there were no more Downtown trips because it was getting late and this customer asked if the one behind was still going Downtown) and Joel was downright rude! After the customer posed his question, Joel asked "to where??" and the customer said "Downtown" and Joel asked again but this time he was almost yelling and was really rude "BUT TO WHERE????". It was really uncomfortable to see and I'm sure the customer felt really bad but fortunately he didn't call Joel out (I almost wanted to but I still had to be on the bus with him for a little longer). I generally have a good time on the bus tour because it is just a nice thing to do and listen to some entertaining facts (whether they are accurate or not lol) and enjoy the view, but this was the only time (I have been going on the tours every year I go to Vegas, which is annually since 2014) where I genuinely felt uncomfortable and did not enjoy the tour. I wish I had just skipped my stop and stayed on the bus with Gloria. The 1 star is mostly for the view I still got and the driver was nice.

This was a girls trip for a friend's birthday~
We had a "Wonderful" time during our bus tour! The tour guide was very informative, fun, full of life and displayed a sense of humor.
The driver she was friendly, nice and very considerate when we wanted to take certain pictures throughout our tour.
Whenever I or/and we travel, the Big Bus Tour is always included on our schedule and I always recommend it to family and friends when they travel.

Great tours, like it

We had a great time on the night tour it was well worth the price a lot to see and a really good way to get an overall look at the famous Las Vegas strip. We bought the deluxe tickets but never got to use the tickets for the daily route as the stops were hard to find. I would highly recommend this bus for the night tour. Our driver was Elvena she was great really friendly and stopped at the Mirage right on time for us to see the Volcano. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining with the stories that he told. Thanks for a job well done I will definitely take this tour again.

Excellent service by BIG BUS, I just love BigBus

If you are visiting Las Vegas you need to go on the Big Red. We have a Great experience. We purchase the 3 day ticket. We use the bus for or transportation during those days,no need of uber or cab . The guides were informative and very friendly.

Enjoyed the information the tour guides gave when driving around Vegas. I recommend a 2 day pass. All the associates from drivers to guides were very friendly and helpful.

I've used Big Bus Tours in several cities but unfortunately found the Las Vegas experience to be disappointing. We waited around 45 minutes each time, despite the app telling us that the next bus was 1 minute away. When we were actually able to board a bus, the guides were entertaining and knowledgable so we were pleased with that

Took Las Vegas Big Bus on 06July2018. Temperature in the lower deck was 46°C (115°F) was still taking in passengers. One passenger came down from the no shade upper deck complaining one could died from the heat. He said "my head is roasted and my backside is toasted" and could easily suffered heat stroke. He commented it's terrible and wonder how could Las Vegas Tourism licensed the company to operate under such conditions

SHEY’s customer service was HORRIBLE!!!

Not only did she accuse me of being a poor planner she also informed me how she was off the clock and there was nothing she could do. She repeatedly told me to call and speak to Margie when she’s available instead of honoring what I told her Margie told me. She mentioned how the company deals with untruthful people therefore she has to stick to procedure as she isn’t sure if my story is true, despite all the proof sales rep, Peter, verified on a face to face basis.
I’m out of a $40 ticket after explaining for over 45 minuets to worker, Peter, who was great and worked to accommodate me in every way except that manager, SHEY, tied his hands.
The customer service and information being given up front about details pertaining to bus vouchers has been extremely poor and that’s why I’m out of a $40 ticket and management, SHEY, says there is NOTHING she is willing to do about it. She cut me off and abruptly told me to have a good day!!
Now I’m stuck with one bus ticket and my significant other is unable to come along as BigBusTours refuses to fix the situation.
Thank you but No thank you —I will stay clear away from this company in the future! Not to mention I’ll be sure to pass along the word as several of my co-workers and acquaintances love to travel to Vegas year around.

Never have time to really get around to see all the sights. Saw more on this tour then all my other visits to Vegas.

Night Tour was excellent Tour Guide Wan was Excellent. But the Day Tour as Not recommend to all as Buses Not on Time Have to wait 2 Hrs for the Buses No proper timing all the Travelers were compling We wasted on day due to Big Bus

Bus driver was awesome! Tour guide was entertaining, informative, and yet made sure we stayed safe. Great tour and perfect way to see the strip and sights! Many opportunities for pictures.
Also, a shout out to the guy scanning the tickets outside the Excalibur Casino! Very enthusiastic about the tour!
