We were excited about this bus tour. The website mentioned they’d drop us off to go venture an area but they didn’t provide that service. I was highly disappointed! They should renew their website! Wh... See more

Overall great experience. Some suggestions... have a real time arrival option in the app as sometimes next bus came 10 min after previous and other times 50 minutes. Being in warm Vegas that can be... See more

Not really hop on hop off !

The Big Bus Tour in Vegas was helpful to get around but some of the stops were way off the Strip and you had to walk a lot. But of course Vegas is a Big city. Don't think of this bus tour as hop on and hop off because the stops were kinda off the strip. The night tour was great tho and the tour guides were really good.

Way too long waiting and way too long…

Way too long waiting and way too long route. Need more buses, maybe make blue and red separate and change color lines at Circus Circus stop. We were on 3 different buses and wasted over an hour when a bus broke down at Hawaiian plaza, which couldn’t be helped, but getting on and off 2 other buses was ridiculous. Too much traffic for such a long route. Miserable!

Great guide, great tour

Our guide was incredible and a majority of the reason why the tour was so enjoyable. I don't usually like bus tours because they control the pace, but with a limited time to explore Las Vegas, the bus tour was exactly what we needed to see a taste of what the city had to offer. I will definitely give bus tours another chance because of our exceptional experience. Thank you.

The tour guides are very knowledgeable…

The tour guides are very knowledgeable and easy to listen to and entertaining. However an email inquiry to the company for details as to how the tour lines/services actually operate because the website is not clear enough have still gone unanswered. (Yes, you can jump between the red and blue line. It's not either or.) Some form of communication would have been nice and professional and swayed the rating from what it is. Con: You do end up spending a fair amount of time waiting for the bus if you opted to jump off at a site or switch lines. And might not get back to where you need to be if it's towards the end of the day. Pro: The attractions are fairly spread out and it is in the desert so it gets hot. If all the walking with that seems daunting it's a good way to go.

The right guide makes the tour

The right guide makes the tour - some deal with standard tourists info, others give a local view, while others have dang ball with their passengers! It you're not into your guide when you first board, hop off at the next stop and try the next one. We rode for two days and no bad experience, had our favorite guides for sure, but all were good...just some were great. The only improvement I can suggest is to work out the bugs out of the online ticket acceptance or have every bus equipped to accept - small hiccup, not a complaint.

Enjoyable tour with lots of fun facts

Enjoyable tour with lots of fun facts. My family took the Big Bus Tour from Tropicana and we sat on the 2nd level of the bus to get the best view. While it was hot and in direct sunlight, we had a great time learning more about the strip and all the tidbits our guide shared. We'd recommend the tour as a base knowledge to those who aren't looking for in-depth rich history. This was a casual experience and we could hop off, hop on at any stop.

Would have given 5 star except for…

Would have given 5 star except for HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the TOP! Boarding bus at Caesar's on bus step;Gust of wind came & blew ticket (for 2) out of my hand; Driver saw! Let me on & Dealt with it at next stop. I was charged $15. per person ($30) for that mishap; I didn't lose or tear. Not my fault! Even driver said tix would be replaced. Spoke to the TOP PERSON guides connected me to; she was rude & didn't care. Still charged $30. NEVER AGAIN! Have told many people about this experience. BIG BUS will lose more than $30. they charged me because I already know of many that say this was horrible and not using!

I didn't experience any "friction" but…

I didn't experience any "friction" but was disappointed about two things. We mainly went on the tour because we wanted to go to Gold and Silver pawn shop. There was no announcement about the stop and if we had not spied it and asked to stop we would have missed it.

The second thing - I left my jean jacket on the bus because of the fast exit described above. When we arrived back at the Linq, I asked your rep about a lost and found. He indicated that everything left on the buses was just thrown away. Really?

Could you post actual street addresses where your stops are. The map on line is great but not very detailed.

I've been on several Big Bus tours. I enjoy them, but the above was not the best.
