Every thing was great , the routs are well planed, the buses come to the bus stops frequently , we don't have to wait in any bus stop more than a few minutes.
I surly recommend this tour for any one visiting Paris , and also its better to have the two days ticket , so you have enough time to explore the attractions.

Do NOT book with this company. Their customer service is appalling. If you lose your ticket they will not refund you or give you another ticket and they do not tell you that when you purchase you ticket and get on the bus. The tour itself is very average compared to other tours I have been on. I recommend going with another company. Do not give these thieves your money.

Need speak more languages, the tour package say 2 days, but when I presented at the box office the night tour said 1 in the ticket, I had already planned other activities in the afternoon so I was not allowed to enjoy one that was already paid and announced as a 2-day package, and it is not true, confusing or misleading advertising.

Our guide Romina was great. She gave us interesting facts. She knows Paris and she's funny too.

In summer, your schedule should be wider to see some monuments at night or to return to the Hotel after dinner near a monument.

We are a family of 4 and used your bus service in Paris in August 2019. We had the 2 day bus ticket with cruise. Map is very clear with 10 stops on the Red line. We had live commentary with Martin on the first morning. He got on at stop 4 and we boarded at stop 2. He was very informative with a dry sense of humor, which we enjoyed. We also had Ivana on a later leg of the journey, who was also very informative and friendly. We also took the Blue line but because it only picked up on one stop we did not get off. We did the 1 hour cruise on the second day. Some buses were newer than others but overall they were clean and comfortable. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus. I would highly recommend this bus company. We had a lovely experience traveling around Paris. Thank you!

Had a Great trip to Paris which was enhanced by the Big Bus, as it took us to many sights and drop offs were very short walking distances. Would definately recommend to all my friends to use.

Not the best...& we have used over a dozen in different cities....staff can be abrupt and not over helpful. Not enough stops so often miles to the place you want to visit! So this extra walking time reduces your visit time considerably...thus less places seen. Be good if the top deck had wet weather cover like some other firms, as when rains the whole bus is like a waterfall & even downstairs is soaked! Would not use this firm again in Paris unless changes made.

I am from Canada. The bus stops in both Paris and London were easy to locate as well the buses came very frequently. You are supplied with head phones to listen to the tour in the language of your choice. And you see it all! You really get a great view and feel for the city. I was in both cities for 4 days each. 3 days we spent walking and then the 1 day we spent on the bus covered the routes again. Whole new view. Relaxing and easy! Really enjoyed!

It was a great experience overall.

The top floor of the buses were not coverable like hop on hop off buses. No Wifi inside buses. The Blue lines did have only limited pickup points. Cleanliness inside the buses were poor. Frequency is lesser compared to other bus operators. Not value for money.

Routes covers most of the landmark places in Paris. Bus seems old and earphone plug didn’t work. Lots of interference in sound from recorded voice. Also, lots of buses ended early before last trip so buses were very crowded at the end of the day. The most frustrating thing was that - it was very disorganized at the end. No one follows the line and people were trying to get in the bus without order.

Most convenient way to explore new big cities.

I can’t understand why this company would have 4 stars! They are absolutely horrible, spend most your time in traffic and public transportation in Paris is far better because they stop IN FRONT of the monuments whereas the hop on and of drops you way past the monument so you have to WALK BACK at least half a mile! Don’t buy if you are visiting Paris in the summer. Heat is unbearable to walk from where the bus drops you! I purchased an additional day when I picked up my Paris pass at the Paris pass office, I could not use because they failed to tell me I had show the pink receipt and not the Paris pass card which I was using to get on the bus for 2 days and directed me to big bus for my complaint even though I purchased from them. The bus staff won’t let us on and very very rude and not willing to call the office to help us! Seriously who would lie about that to get on a bus and be in traffic! I wrote several times to big bus and they never replied! I want my 40 euros back! DISHONEST COMPANY AND RIPOFF! I will keep posting so people don’t have the same experience!

Cannot fault at all. Regular buses made sure is saw all of Paris (i got off at every stop) even extended my ticket for another day so i could make the most of the 2nd Montmarte route and other bits i had missed on the main route. Lovely just sat on top deck in the sun with a breeze seeing Paris. Highly recommended.
