I booked a 2-day tour directly with the operator. The first day was basically a bust since the weather was really bad. I wrote to customer service and asked them if they would give me a partial credi... See more

The tour was fine but I suspect you…
The tour was fine but I suspect you should advise visitors of how torn up Paris is and how long a loop can take with the traffic. We have young kids and could have used that information as we were stuck in several construction zones for quite some time.

Good overall
It was a great experience. My only difficulty was the busyness of stop 4 trying to take the blue route. We had my elderly mother with us abd opted to take a taxi instead. The night tour was oustanding!
Great routes around Paris
Great routes around Paris. Stops are convenient and buses regular.
Outstanding experience
Just when we’d think it couldn’t possibly get any better, there were yet more spectacular buildings and sights around each turn while on board. Martin was a terrific live tour guide! We highly recommend Big Bus Paris! Love from 3 happy customers from

Great Introduction to Paris
Paris was a first-time experience for us (we got married on this trip!) and the Big Bus is the ONLY way to see as much of Paris as is possible. The drivers educate, inform and entertain with interesting facts and anecdotes that one doesn’t get from walking tours or taxi drivers.
We took both day and night tours , and the highlight of the night tour was the driver’s perfect timing to see the on-the-hour strobe light show on the Eiffel Tower!!
This was a nice tour
This was a nice tour. The buses weren't that packed and were clean considering the amount of people on them. They provided patrons with a free set of headphones to listen to the automated tour guide. In between the tour guide talking it was nice to hear the music they were playing. I really enjoyed listening to the history of everything in Paris.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons. The first one is because they apparently give out ponchos on rainy days, but when we tried to get some they were out. 2. That day we could only find one bus with a live guide and every time we tried to meet it at a stop the bus was full and our family of 5 could not fit. 3. although the pre-recordings were nice and did the job it would have been nice if there was a little more information given and/or they switched up the music. I heard the same few songs over and over again.
4. although the bus takes you to many fantastic stops in Paris, it kept driving past the area with tons of restaurants and cafes. To get back to the food it was a 15 minute walk from the louvre. Normally that walk isn't bad, but when it's raining (unexpectedly) it is, combined with the fact that they were out of ponchos made for a not so fun experience.
Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend Big Bus Tours to others. If they were to fix some (or all) of the things I had issues with it would make for a better experience for customers.
Perfect
For us, it was the only way to go. We would have never been able to cover all the ground that the bus did. We really enjoyed it! Thank you for the servuce you offer.
The best and easiest way to explore…
The best and easiest way to explore different tourists attractions in Paris...it’s worth to take 2days hop on hop off. We will surely take this again ......
Paris night tour
I and a group of my friends did the night tour of Paris on big bus, we had a guide named Lou, the tour was about 2 hrs, Lou did a fantastic job of covering almost everything you can know about Paris from a tourist point of view, she was informative, helpful and humorous
Red line top blue line flop (no service)
The red line runs very frequently and this route is very well organised.
For the boat trip there has been nobody at the bus stop to guide us where to go. However we managed with the company reference on the tour map.
The real downside has been the blue line, which -in the middle of the day- was not available for at least 50Minutes (maybe longer but we gave up!!!). So we missed some interesting areas of Paris and this was really disappointing. All other bus companies busses were running frequently during our waiting and even completely empty red line busses passed, which could have been Easley converted to the blue line????
Will try another company next time most likely and cannot recommend Big Bus Paris to our friends.
Nice tour of Paris even in rain
Nice tour of Paris even in rain. It would have been better if there were wipers on the upper deck wind shield
The schedule said we could ride till…
The schedule said we could ride till 10. At 8:45 the bus driver stopped and said he was done and we had to get off the bus. We were 10 miles away from our place. We were not happy and will never use this service again. There were 9 in our group.
Fantastic!
Fantastic hop on hop off. We did both lines and it was a great informative way to see Paris. There was distribution on one of the days we did a tour but the drivers and staff were great at informing us and did their best to get us as close to the locations as they could considering the traffic was banked up with Taxis demonstrating. Would recommend this service to anyone travelling to Paris.

We had a 2 day pass that got wet and they would not replace it. Ripped off.
With Paris being so big it was the best…
With Paris being so big it was the best thing we purchased to see things and get around,Only negative thing to say was that the bus stops were not that well marked and unless you had been around once they were hard to locate even with the App,but all in all an excellent service
We used it for a tour of Paris
We used it for a tour of Paris. Nice buses and interesting commentary.
Would use it again somewhere else but rather not in a jammed city like Paris.
My parents and I loved it!!
My parents and I really enjoyed taking Big Bus in Paris! It made our trip easy because the bus stopped all the major spots we wanted to visit and it was easy to hop on and off!! My parents said the recorded Japanese guide was helpful. We definitely use Big Bus again!
We had a 55 minute wait in boiling…
We had a 55 minute wait in boiling sunshine for a red route bus and then a real scramble to get on it. The journey was then very cramped and hot. After getting off we had to wait for a blue route bus for another 20 mins which again was absolutely packed and boiling hot. This bus was then in a grid lock of Paris traffic we had to request to exit the bus as it was unbearable and walked the rest of the way!!! Not enough buses for the volume of passengers and no supervision of boarding and exiting very unpleasant experience all round
Great couple of days
We purchased a deluxe 2 day tour that included a river cruise and 2 different routes. The red route was excellent as was the river tour, however I would say that due to the roadworks on the blue route and the traffic by the Gare du Nord I am not sure that the blue route was worth it as sites where limited and a couple of the stops were drop off only so you would have had to make your own way back to another stop by an alternative method (or walk). That said if you want to tick off that you have seen the Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur and you have a spare couple fo hours (at least) then it might be for you. Buses were clean and apart from on the blue route we never had to wait more than 5 mins for a bus. Worth downloading the app though not sure how accurate the live buses are! All in all a good value ticket, the river cruise I think being the highlight for me and gives you a different perspective of the city.
