Great way to see Paris and get around Paris... hop on hop off really convenient.

The tour itself was fine - nothing special, pretty predictable. We took the red tour around, and enjoyed the sights and narration.

Back at the office, the drivers changed. We were riding just a few more stops to the Notre Dame area. At the next stop, a man and his family attempted to board the bus through the exit door. The driver started yelling “Get off the bus! I could have you arrested”. They got off the bus, and the driver continued to berate the man in front of his family. When we were stopped in traffic, the driver got out of his seat, told the man to come with him and took him out to yell at him some more and show him the do not enter sign on the door. The man was not arguing with the driver - but the driver continued to berate and embarrass the man far longer than necessary. It was uncomfortable for all involved, and I felt very sorry for the customer and his family. The driver needs some anger management issues and should not be working with tourists at all.

Booked a 2 day tour, Seine cruise & night bus tour. Seine cruise lovely & worth booking. Red route fab,tour guide knowledgeable & interesting to listen too. We had mega problems trying to find stop 6 by Notre Dame after going to St Chapelle though as there were rd closures due to the fire at Notre Dame & we got lost. In the end we had to get a taxi back towards our hotel. Never got to do the night tour as our hotel quite far from Art de Triomphe & we would have had to get taxi there & back. In theory we should have been able to use the blue route to get us quite close & then get on a red route but in reality each time we tried the blue route over 2 days the buses never turned up & when they did they were so full, people either had to stand or wait for the next bus which could be a long wait. Time tables said 20/25 minutes but twice we waited 40 minutes & people already at the stop when we got there.An empty bus even went past the bottom of the road at Nord de Gard which was exasperating & when a bus eventually arrived it was full & lots of people couldn't get on & were told to wait for next one. The red route was excellent for sight seeing & went really close to lots of national monuments. Audio & guide excellent, earphones & guides readily available when you got on a bus. If there had been 1 or 2 other stops where you could get on the night tour it would be more easily accessible as not everyone wants to walk across the city at 9.15pm to get on the bus or get off at 11.15pm when night tour ends.

It’s nice touring the city in the bus but the Big Bus app doesn’t work at all. We never could track the bus in real time. One stop to another is very far and their is no sign where is the stop should be.

DO NOT DO THIS BUS TRIP!!!! Day experience was OK but we got on the blue line to get back go the train station to catch the Eurostar back to London at the end of the day. On the way, there was an accident ahead of us and the road was closed. The driver waited for a bit and then turned around. We thought he was going to go another route but instead he drove us 5 minutes in the opposite direction and pulled over, turned the bus off and said he was done for the day and that we were just out of luck. WE WERE LEFT OF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD 2 MILES FROM THE GARE DU NORD. We had to basically run to be able to catch our train back to London. Would NEVER recommend this bus to anyone!!!

Smooth sailing and great info from our tour guide. It was a fantastic way to orient ourselves on our first visit to this wonderful city. The WiFi is spotty on some buses but worked adequately

A great way to see Paris. The night tour is phenomenal. Recommend it highly for people to take this tour. It is amazing. It is the 130tj Yr of Eiffel Tower. The tour helped us to see the laser show and lighting. Also I left my. Cap on the bus and I was able to get it back with help of Priya, tour bus guide. Thanks big bus

A must do, be it new or returning visit . It is great way to see the overall City so you know where All the sites are in relation to your hotel or apartment. Big Bus is always our first adventure to any big city we travel to.

It was definitely helpful to have the big bus for 2 days. The first day we got to know the city, hopped off at some locations & the second day we went on the blue route to Montemarte.

There weren’t any live guides in any of the 10 different rides we took. The recorded guide did help in getting to know the history of the different locations. It rained one of the days & the bus provided free ponchos to everyone. There were other buses that had covered tops, but the big bus doesn’t have that. That’s definitely a downfall. Due to this, when it rains people cram downstairs and obviously there aren’t any seats :).

Excellent way of seeing paris by foot as you can get off and on virtually as it suits you. We saw all the important sites of paris in a short period of time. It is also excellent for , if one of the sites you wanted to go to and when you get there the queues are long you stay on and try the next place

The bus were very damaged and the drivers were driving very slow, it was raining and they didn't offer us the coats or headphones, people didn't make line to go to the bus and the drivers didn't do anything.

I recommend it to everyone who travels to a great city. It is the only way to know it in a short space of time.

The lady who was selling tickets at Eiffel Tower did not acknowledge us and was very unfriendly when we tried to exchange our pre-purchased online tickets.

I use Big Bus in 5 cities over the years and love it!! But in Paris at one stop a big bus employee discriminated against my family and I!! While boarding he scanned over all the passengers tickets when he got to us. A African American family he had us step a side to check everything on our pink ticket. Treat all your customers the same!! I'll be in Rome tomorrow and book your tour there.
