Went most of the route with my boys 7 and 5. They loved it, which is all you can ask! Nice weather made the open top bus perfect.

Great tour; guide (don't remember his name) was great--funny, insightful, knowledgeable.

We loved everything about it- a great way to see the city!

My grandson and I use the big bus on our recent weekend trip to Philadelphia. It offered so many stops, lots of great attractions, and always seem to come in a timely manner with plenty of seating.

Loved every minute of it and both tour guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. Doing it again next week!

Loved this tour! We ended up not "Hopping Off"... we just enjoyed the ride and the overview of this beautiful city. Our guide was great! Very informative and also very entertaining.

It was a rainy day without enough room for the riders in the bottom of the bus. Only one of our tour guides was very understandable--and I think we heard 5 different people. We did learn some interesting information, but I would say it was worth the EXTENSIVE extra cost compared to the city bus tour which went to the exact same places. The app didn't work in Philadelphia so I had to call to find out what time the bus was coming, and they were wrong, so half our party was still in a store when the bus came down the street.

Maggie was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable but even more important than that she adds an excitement and a human touch that allows you to almost be taken back to that time in history!! She is a gem.

We enjoyed our tour. The guides were knowledgeable, entertaining and helpful. A great way to get to many attractions and learn about the city.

the bus was clean and comfortable, the tour guy was speaking clearly and he knew everything about the places that we visited, i would recommend it absolutely. It was the best bus tour experience that i ever had.

I grew up in South Jersey and took my granddaughters on your bus. We had great time And Sebastian was great spokesman- very informative and light hearted!

Only negative is that it closes too early. Should be open and running til 7 on summer evenings.

Wonderful experience! It was our first time visiting Philadelphia and we were trying to figure out the best way to get around to everywhere we wanted to visit. The hop on-hop off aspect of this tour really allows for you to spend as much, or as little, time as you want at the stops. The bus drivers are very friendly and very helpful to point out good places to eat, fun places to see at each stop, and overall create a welcoming environment for all people on the buses! I would highly recommend this company if you are visiting Philadelphia! We had an outstanding time touring the town!

Great tour but phone App hasnt got Philadelphia on it so had to rely on paper maps...hence 4 stars

I was quite excited to schedule this tour for my wife and I and friends from New Orleans. My first disappointment was the fact that there your mobile phone app didn't include Philadelphia. What a rip to say you have a app that doesn't exist.
Our second major disappointment happened on the Zoo Trolley. We toured on a rather warm day. Temperatures were in the upper 80's. When the trolley left the Art Museum, we noticed that there was no air conditioning, the windows didn't open and the guide couldn't be heard over the noise of the trolley because she didn't have a mic. My party assumed that we were unlucky enough to have caught a trolley with a broken a/c. We stopped to pick up additional people and after a few minutes, one of them asked the guide if she could open the windows. At this point, the bus driver scowled and TURNED ON THE A/C! For the remainder of the ride, he drove the trolley as if he was being chased by the police. I can not imagine what caused the driver to not turn on the a/c and then drive so erratically.

We rode the Big Bus the first day in Philly. This helped us plot out what we wanted to see each day of our stay. We also used the bus as our taxi from one place to the next for 2 days we toured Philadelphia.

Good tour and entertaining guides. Definitely do again.

The Big Bus Tour was a last minute decision with a group of friends and we had an absolute blast! It was very informative and our tour guide Dexter was extremely personable. The operation was run smoothly and it is definitely something that everyone of all ages can enjoy. Highly recommend!
