Big Fish Audio Reviews 

Had to enter my card details 10 times in order to purchase Vintage Horns 3. Big Fish Audio´s description says "raw, organic character of horn players (...)complete with the quirks and imperfections that made their performances so memorable."

This VST sounds like sloppy horn players who can't play in tune or in time (even with 100 % quantize the timing is off) and the key switches are somewhat useless on some of the instruments

I know there is no refund so this is my constructive criticism:
- does your description match the Plugin?
- make it possible to try before you buy

Unlike some other comments here, I had an email with the details quite quickly.
I did have an issue with the code, but I emailed customer service late on Christmas Eve, hoping to hear back after the holidays.
I received a reply ON CHRISTMAS DAY, and the problem was resolved very easily.
That deserves a review letting other would-be customers know.
Very impressed!

Every time I order anything from these guys the download links never send. I then have to email them and wait days to get my products. Extremely poor customer service.

I subscribed to Fish Audio for voice cloning and video production for YouTube. Although the voice over facility is quite good, I decided to cancel my subscription as the app does not include video production. When I asked for a refund, Fish Audio informed me that no refund is possible. The very least I expect a cool off period when purchasing a product. This is the law in EU as far as I know.

Tried out one of their sample libraries and didn't like it at all. Asked for a refund and only a one time exchange was offered. Be forewarned, not very good return policy. Considering I didn't like that particular library, chance are, I won't like much of the other product either so an exchange isn't a very good option, having my money back for an inferior product is...don't waste your money. This is just lost money for me now. Deleted the library and I guess they just keep my money...

I recently bought a software package that does not work on my system. They refused to give me a refund even though they could take back the ilok activation.

I paid for loops that sounded like the free loops that used to come with cheap daw's in the 90s. Some had the lame stall right before they looped. You loop heads know what I'm talking about, where it stops right before the loop replays. I just trash binned it all and went back to making my own loops. Lesson learned

Nice place to buy plugins and sample libraries. Never had any issues.
