You should definitely order from Al-Faisal (Manchester) if you want to starve and never receive the order you pay for. As for BigFoodie, go through them is you don’t want your money after paying for an order you never receive x.

Where do I start Barton oriental has lost all standards food is always cold/warm poorly packaged always spillages which is a joke I’ve complained sent in pictures and they do not care this is the 3rd time now so thought I’d let others now there a joke. If it would let me upload the pictures believe you me I would. Will never order again and I’ve been going there for over 5 years

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience all round. Food was ordered online and delivery time was quite long. However as the didn't arrive at the expected time I called to ask how much longer it would be and the customer service was appalling incredibly rude. The food eventually arrived 40 mins later than stated when ordered and was cold. I think I will be getting my Chinese food elsewhere in the future

I LOVE this place
I LOVE this place. I’ve never been able to fault the food, delivery or price.
The portions are large, it’s always hot and the drivers are always friendly.
Best dishes are Singapore chow mein (rice noodles), crispy chilli beef (🤯👌🏻) and lemon chicken. Fabulous.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed, used to be our favourite Chinese but honestly now wouldn't risk going back. Prawn balls were soggy and batter inside uncooked, sweet and sour sauce was mostly vinegar. The others dishes ordered were edible at least but no where near as nice as they used to be.

Something has changed with this service and taste of food, it doesn’t seem to be the same standard as we are used too and has put us off eating, we will not be ordering again!
