Unable to keep liquid hot.
Delivery was in line with my expectations and the price was fair. Unfortunately the product was well below my expectations. I needed a flask to hold water hot for 12 hours each day. I expect a reasonable drop in temperature over the course of the day but this flask has very poor heat retention. The cover has no insulation at all. My previous flask has an insulated cap and an insulated cover over that. It maintained the temperature over the whole day. Other problems are the diameter is too big and impossible to hold safely with one hand, it needs two hands to use the pourer as intended. The handle on the top is okay for carrying but if you use it when pouring the pourer cap fouls on your knuckles. I hate waste and this item is a complete waste of my money.

The particular Icon model you ordered is designed for both food and liquids, which does make it larger than some other flasks. However, the heat-retention performance you describe does not sound right, and it is possible that the flask is faulty. Poor Quality Control
I ordered an aluminium camping mug. It arrived with both scratches and dents. I was given a 50% discount because of this but I would have expected such defects to have been picked up on during picking and packaging. Quality control was poor.
Shipping and comms were fine.
