Tony, we have never met such a rude and angry customer. You where obnoxious soon as you called, while trying to resolve you constantly interrupted and spoke over while being rude to staff.
Yoj advised item was covered in mould. It turned out to be some cardboard dust off the packaging size of a 2p. Which wiped off with a finger. We also asked you to confirm is was and if it came off but you refused to listen.
We tried to help from your first obnoxious phonecall which myself or staff are not at work to listen to.
Looking at your other reviews on social media and google it seems you are a serial complainer and have the same issue with everyone about customer service? Maybe something to do with how you talk to people.
Please do not shop with us again.

My first order with this business. (Always a little trepidation as I have been burnt by less scrupulous traders). My concerns were unwarranted and Wood to Water Outdoors delivered my order quickly, extremely well packaged and with excellent communications throughout. Additionally, the business stocks many harder to find items for those enjoying the great outdoors, and seems to have chosen not to exploit lack of availabilty with huge price hikes seen elsewhere. A great incentive for me to return and I am sure to do so for further purchases.

Still not got my order after 9 days, not happy
I placed an order on 5th October and it is now 14th October and I still haven't received my order. I did however receive an email asking me to review which is ironic!!! Tracking it on Shop and all it says is on the way waiting for details. First purchase with this company and I'm not happy

I am sorry to see this review, especially after we have just spoke to you out of hours. just before you left the review.
You ordered on the 5th (Sunday) it was dispatched on the 6th (email sent with tracking)
It was attempted delivery on the 7th ( email sent with 2 hour delivery slot) and no one was in (picture emaield to you)
You yet again got an email from the delivery company on the 7th at 10:11 am, saying they had attempted to deliver and with a link to rebook delivery for when someone is in.
We have had no other contact since yesterday at 7pm but you have had 3 emails from our selfs and 2 emails from APC overnight regarding this shipment i am not sure what else we can do with our phoning customers to say a delivery is due.

Very good value camping supplies
I was looking for the best priced Flextail R05 sleep matt having researched options on YouTube first and this website had the best price. It was easy to order and I also got an inflatable pillow which was easy to find as an option. The order arrived within a week in time for my trip and I have used both products twice whilst camping, I'm very happy with them. I would order from this website again.
