Excellent communication and speedy delivery

This is actually my second purchase from the store, same as the first time my order went through without fuss & the website is easy to navigate.

This time I purchased the DD pathfinder superlight mesh tent from woods to water, delivery was smooth and on time with a message sent before delivery giving a time gap.. the product was packaged well and I damaged on arrival, the price of the item was also slightly cheaper than the other shops which was great 👍🏻.

All in all I’m satisfied with the service and the purchase, which is why I purchased from the store a second time… so 5 stars from me

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a faulty Flextail pump, still in warrantee and I was fobbed off time and time again and then ignored. This company is now on Flextail's watch list and is likely to loose its dealership. Flextail themselves replaced my pump. DO NOT USE.

I've used Wood to Water on many occasions now and have always found them to be helpful, friendly and efficient. They are local to me and I usually pick up my goods from their warehouse and so have met some of their staff and can therefore speak from direct experience. It doesn't hurt that their prices for what I've been looking for have been good too.

Bought a jetboil zip was faulty and dangerous to use, emailed and called multiple times sent pics and videos of the fault, was told it would be resolved and replaced multiple times. Never happened still left with a faulty stove.
Shame as I actually like using the company

Purchased the Highlander Harrier 45L rucksack and extremely pleased with it. Well made with great quality components. Very fast delivery so all good.

Good communication, well packaged. Product well made with a comprehensive range of accessories. Only negative comment was that delivery company (ANC) claimed they could not find our address. This is the second time this carrier has made this excuse although other carriers have no issues.

Great choice of stock fast efficient service.

Ordered a new jetboil and gas for an upcoming camp, delivery was extremely quick arriving the very next day, packaged very well and at the time there prices were the best I could find. Jetboil performed really well out in the woods and il def be using it for many years to come, my last on served me well for 6/7 years. Will also be using wood to water again and have recommended to friends whilst on camp.

Edit: As you can see I was initially really happy with W2W but one of the items in my order arrived with a manufacturer defect. After contacting wood to water about this they said they would get back to me. My emails to them go unanswered and after checking directly with the manufacturer, Wood to Water have not been in touch with them about replacing the defective item. Such a shame as they seemed to be a company that I would of wanted to use in the future but the lack of customer care is a red flag.

I bought a little Bushbox LF with all the extras. W2W beat everyone online in England on price and availability. My purchase arrived promptly and well-wrapped. I would have no hesitation in using W2W again.
