Excellent service from the company the instant light charcoal bags are the best on the market

Cant say anything negative, clear communication, delivery was great and continuous communication about when it would be delivered. Not opened the bags but I can feel nice bits lumps and little noise from shaking the bags indicating minimal little bits and dust.

I have used this company for years. I have tried several of their products. The binchotan, the briquettes, the restaurant grade charcoal the woodies. They have a product for everything bbq wise. I cannot fault the quality and performance of their products. The website is easy to use and items are delivered quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Great charcoal and fast delivery. I use the Dura/ACH 15 (quebracho) charcoal on my Weber BBQ. It’s the best charcoal with a good burn time, no smoke, and good temperature.
I can’t give 5 stars as every one of the 15kg bags that I’ve purchased has had 1 to 2 kilos of dust in the bottom I.e. it’s not a one-off. I feel like I’m being short changed.

Since finding thproper binchotan on Big K, I've been nowhere else. The quality is second to none that I've found so far. This burns hotter and much longer than the other binchotan I've bought from elsewhere. Thanks very much!

Ordered a few bags of 5kg lump wood, very small charcoal and when using with bbq funnel the level of charcoal drops from full to 2/3, just shows how small they are.
Also expensive!
