Took my money no item in stock asked for my money back since 10th of November still nothing I won't hold my breath,but please do not order from them as you wouldn't get anything.

I placed 2 orders, One order was with Uptheir.co.uk and the other order was with Big Matts.co.uk. The first order was just over £100 for a jacket, smart shirt and a hoodie, the second order was for 3 extra long ties. Both orders were supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail so I was surprised to receive an email from Evri saying my order from Big Clothing 4 U was going to be delivered seeing as I hadn't ordered anything from them. The delivery was late morning and the proof of delivery photo shows a reused box left on front door step in full view of any passers by. My partner got home from work at 6pm and I got home from work after 9pm. The parcel wasn't there when my partner got home. I searched all of Evri's normal dumping locations and asked my neighbours. NO PARCEL. I asked Big Clothing 4 U what my order had been from the parcel tracking number and it was all the items from the 2 orders combined. I have emailed and telephoned both vendors I ordered from and Big Clothing 4 U who sent the parcel. None of the companies answer the phone, and the email says it will take up to 28 days for an investigation by Evri. When parcels have gone missing that I have ordered from other companies who used Evri. I have been sent replacements or given a refund within 24Hours of my complaint. It is NOW 7 DAYS since package went missing and there has been no restitution

They have my returns but have not refunded and now won't answer calls or emails. They trade under the name Big Matts and Big Clothing 4 U and I can't get a response from either. They don't deserve one star but there is no way to give zero😡

Ordered some trousers which when come some were the right length but sent the wrong waist others were wrong length and right waist. The quality is substandard and this was my first time using them ( and the last) I needed these so stupidly ordered more to get to me on time as I thought I’d just send them back get a refund like and other professional company I’ve dealt with. NO not these scammers after three months of emails, lies and believe it or not offering me a discount to keep my money I still have nothing back. They have the good s which yes I also had to pay to return which really should of raised alarm bells

So no steer clear of this scamming substandard unprofessional going down the pan business and I use the word business very loosely

The same business owner as Big Clothing 4 U. A shoddy outfit who don't answer phone calls or give refunds for returned goods.The owner campaigns against online abuse yet abuses customers online by not sending refunds for returns.The weapons grade hypocrisy! On the one occasion ten days ago, i got through to chase my refund I asked to speak to the owner.I was told he works from home.How embarrassing.Poor staff left to deal with all the hassle. No wonder they don't like answering the phone. It was confirmed that my goods had been received and I was told to send an email asking for my money back.The staff member said he would forward my request to the "3rd party accountant' in a bid to get my money back.He confirmed that he had.Great paper trail for the courtroom. Zero received.You can't contact the owner of the business as they won't give out his number or address.I returned my clothes on the 2nd Oct and no refund even though the pathetic 30 day waiting period has now expired. I'm not on my own, check out the appalling reviews on Google as well.Avoid these companies like the plague because if you have a return, you'll just join the list of customers trying unsuccessfully to get their money back.

I purchased shirts before I flew out, it was in stock and paid for next day delivery.
After payment the delivery date was 4 weeks.
Naturally I called up and canceled the order and was assured it was canceled.
3 weeks later, 5 emails and no refund.
Now the phone lines don't appear to be working.
I'll be calling master card next.
Avoid this company..

Learn from my lesson. I placed an order for £100 worth of items and paid for DHL's next-day delivery. However, the delivery was handled by Evri and after several days, my items have still not been delivered.

I never ever do reviews but please don't waist your money on this site I ordered a 38 leg cargo trousers witch came and were more like a 32 I had to send them back at my expense Ive been waiting for a refund for 15 days now please avoid this Company
