The masseuse was at my hotel complex and cancelled at the last minute. Quite inconvenient and unprofessional.

The masseuses are booked on time however this website is definitely not user-friendly. There is absolutely no grace period to cancel a massage and immediate 12% is charged whether you cancel within 30 seconds or 30 minutes. The longer you wait the more the cancellation fee is.
 Also tip/gratuity is already included whether you enjoyed your service or not.

I was going to sign up for a massage on their website however I ended up adding myself to two waitlist. I then got a text from this company saying they had availability as soon as 2:30 in my area so I went back and booked. I was told that I would have my therapist booked within an hour however after almost 3 hours, I still did not have a therapist booked. Even though I asked support initially to verify that I had a female therapist requested and they said yes they actually came back and asked me again if I would be open to having a mail. This is just been an awful experience because I’ve missed two other appointments that I was on a waitlist for because they called during the time that I was waiting for this company to find a therapist for me. I do not recommend.

Tie was amazing! She was punctual, warm, and we built rapport immediately. She was a true professional and an artist in her craft. I have gotten regular massages for the last 3 years and her body work was best in class. Her draping techniques were fantastic and she was able to get to the problem areas AND keep me completely comfortable and covered. That is a skill in and of itself. When I find myself back in this area I will definitely be reaching out for her again.

Millie is very knowledgeable about massage and is strong enough to give a good deep massage. She is also a very sweet person and speaks good English, Spanish and French.

I had the pleasure of being massaged by Noah. He was a great listener when I explained my neck pain and also that I needed a gentle massage, not deep tissue. He did a fantastic job. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I'll definitely use BigToe again to book a relaxing massage or for any body aches.

Monique was very respectful and super nice. Always making sure that everything was comfortable. She has very great hands and the pressure was perfect to the touch. I would highly recommend to anyone who is needing a great soothing massage to request Monique.
