i made a mistake on my order
i made a mistake on my order. Sent 3 email (first two within 1 hour of order). 48 hours later and they are dispatching the wrong item regardless, so I will have to return it. No phone number on the website to contact them.
Previous order 2 years ago was fabulous, but I had no need to contact customer service.
Later that day…. Upgrading my review to 3 stars as I now heard from the company by email who have said they will endeavour to rectify the situation as they missed my emails.
Once the situation is resolved, I’ll be back…
Updated. Great whistle and very helpful with my issue.

Beware. Very Sneaky Price increase
Tried to order a Dixon DX005D Whistle advertised at £35. Put in post code to get postage (£4)
They then sneakily increased the price from £35 to £42 + £4 p&p = £46. without saying a word. Only realised that the last minute before ordering so cancelled..

Hi Gary, thanks for your feedback. UK customers pay VAT, which international customers do not. It is possible that when you entered your country at the checkout, VAT was added. Usually, UK customers should see the full price (with VAT included). In certain, cases for example if using a VPN, customers may not see this calculation until checkout. My apologies that you had a negative experience with the site.
