Fast, easy and excellent quality. The bag arrived while I was at work. Left right where I had requested. The soil was easy to spread - no sticks and clumps. I am amazed how refreshed my garden looks. The dark soil makes all my plants “pop.” Highly recommended.

Received a bag of soil in April 2022. After using it in the fall 2022, the spring of 2023 wild onion weeds started taking over my garden. Emailed to complain and the first rep wanted to help, but when she brought it to her manager Corinna she shut me down and told me I kept the bag of dirt too long. 4 months was too long? Horrible service.

User friendly ordering even for me no problem ordering on line. Delivery was out exactly where I had asked for it to be left, guy was here and gone before I could get out to thank him. As for the soil it looks is wonderful so easy to spread and after only a week my grass is peeking threw. I would definitely recommend purchasing the yellow bag and will be ordering again next season. I have used this compost/dirt to grow thousands of tomatoes year after year at our NC farm. This is HANDS DOWN the best dirt for growing vegetables I have ever used. Last year we had 130 Tomato plants, 6 to a raised bed in our growing space. I counted over 3500 Tomatoes by August. What makes this product so fertile is its northern origin. 5 stars PLUS!

First time using. Put bag exactly where we wanted and had to go around a couple obstacles to get it there. Then it sat for a month so I was kind of worried what it would be like. Was amazing to be able to shovel into our newly enclosed garden bed like silk with no rocks weeds or bugs except earthworms which I’ll keep ! Would definitely order again! And I’ll never haul HUNDREDS or THOUSANDS of pounds from the store to the car to the yard again!!!!

My experience was perfect. Amazing dirt, fast delivery the only thing I would add is it would be nice to order half a bag at times especially for seniors.

Thought I would relate my rather unsatisfactory experience with Big Yellow Bag. I just phoned in to place a preorder order for delivery in May. Spoke with a man called Brian who flatly stated that a lesser discount would apply for deliveries in May. Even after directing him to the website which clearly indicated otherwise he said he didn't care and that the website was wrong. When I asked if I could speak to his supervisor he said the only other person I could speak to was the owner but that he would not give any contact information. Brian's attitude was uncompromising, dictatorial and the polar opposite of what good customer relations should be. I can only assume he is wonderful in other aspects of his job but probably should not deal directly with customers.

This was first year I purchased a Big Yellow Bag. What a disappointment. It was wet through and through. I had to cover it and let it sit for 3 weeks to try to dry out. When I went to use it, it was full of rock hard clumps bigger that a fist. I had to pound it with my shovel to break up the few clumps I could. It was so full of sand it was a sin. I used it in my raised garden beds AS advertised. After a month of use/watering the sand settled to the bottom of the beds leaving heavy black staining "dirt?" on the top. Totally not what I expected or needed. Based on the comments I have read, this company is a hit or miss in quality. If you like to gamble then roll the dice and hope you are one of the few lucky ones.

I got besides the soil a bag of grass seeds.They are nice,painted in green,I put them 3 months ago and ...nothing,maybe they will came back to life next year.I would not recommend these products

Ordered two bags. One bag was just like the soil I got last year, which I was pleased with. The second bag was soggy wet and clumpy. My intent is to use as a top dressing over for my lawn. I contacted my local supplier in Orangeburg and sent them a picture showing the difference in both bags. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the bag and there was no refund or replacement. I tried to dry it out and it gets hard as a rock like charcoal, Very disappointed in the quality of the product and service.
