The whole experience was very smooth! From selecting the products, choosing my delivery date, and finding the bags placed on the X on the driveway on the date expected. The quality of the materials is far superior to what I've received from another supplier - I'll continue to use Big Yellow Bag each spring.

Excellent, friendly and prompt service. The bags are easily untied and retied as it's used. The soil is dark and rich looking with no rocks, debris or lumps. It is exactly how their website describes. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. It's money well spent if you need a lot of soil.

On one of the worst weather days of the year and at 9:15pm my two bags of dirt were delivered exactly where I asked. I was sure with the wind, rain and snow they wouldn't be able to make it but I was amazed by their commitment to keep their promise. I'd have understood if they had called to say they couldn't make it but somehow they figured it out. Fantastic.

Ordering was easy, and the soil arrived within a couple of days, as scheduled. We forgot to mark an X, and the bag was placed in a good location, with a note that they were not sure where to place it, so did their best. The soil is really nice and black and earthy. A totally positive experience!

This is our 2nd bag and the soil is wonderful growing beautiful veggies. Service is wonderful delivering when they say they will. They manage to put it on the tarp right in our garden gate. Very happy with BigYellowBag.

Two bags were delivered timely and placed at requested location. The sod installers said they wished more of their customers would use the Soli3 product in helping prepare the soil to grow a healthy, deep rooted, lawn. I definitely would recommend this product and company to anyone!
