Blanchi Team time trial
The shopping and question/answer efficiency of bike-room was top-notch. From order to receiving the bike in the United States was much faster than I would’ve thought. Packaged perfectly. The only downside was the surprising surcharge of United States tariff and tax. It came out to 25% total. No fault of bike-room, of course! I’m more than willing to pay that to do my part. The US economy is finally back! Total price for a team issued used bike was still less than 50% of a new model. Mine has a history of riding and winning in tours, and there’s no way I could get that deal buying used here in the states! I will definitely be glad to use bike-room again!

After going through the entire purchasing process and receiving the bike, I highly recommend you because you are VERY PROFESSIONAL.
However, there are far too many scams on the web today.
And I would suggest that you should IMPROVE your initial EMAIL RESPONSES and HIGHLIGHT BUYERS' EXPERIENCE FEEDBACK to really EMPHASIZE the fact that you are VERY SERIOUS.
Otherwise, everything else is perfect. I even requested an invoice, and the reactivity was impressive.

My dream bike come true
I accidentally discovered my dream bike on bike-rom.com (Cofidis LOOK 795 BLADE RS with Campy Super Record) after a short consideration and correspondence back and forth with Mattia from bike-room who was extremely helpful and sent extra pictures of the bike before purchase.
I was a little nervous before the bike arrived if it was heavily used. But no, to my huge surprise even though I had seen pictures of the bike, but what you can't see in pictures, but only in reality, the whole bike appears brand new and there is not the slightest scratch or anything on the bike that makes it look used. I hadn't expected that and what a purchase.
I'm so looking forward to starting the season and getting out and cycling on it.
From when I bought it to when I received it, a little over a week passed.
Only 4 days of delivery time and packaged very safely and extremely professionally.

Absolutely legit way to get insanely great deals on top bikes
The company is legit. Got 10k msrp eur bike with sram red e1, dtswiss wheelset , with a final discount price that feels illegal even now lol. But it's totally legit. Got a great deal with delivery, all taxes included within EU. It's absolutely great. Took a bit longer to wait because of holidays but totally worth it. Shipped in their super protected bike box, nearly fully assembled, just put seatpost and wheels on and went to ride!

Unfortunately, I had some bad experiences with Bikeroom.
First, I was told it would be better to choose a silver model instead of the red one, even though the silver one wasn't even shown on the website. When I decided to go with the silver model, a green one appeared on the homepage—nicer and cheaper than the others—but unfortunately, this model wasn't offered to me. I was persuaded to take the silver one because it was supposedly delivered a week earlier, but in the end, it arrived a week later than promised, and I had to inquire about the delivery date. Ultimately, I'm only moderately satisfied with the service.
