Liked the platorm and choice of used bicycles. Downside is that some scratches were not noticed nor pictured by the privat seller. (preowned bike)
Lot of sand (?) trapped on the grease on fork stem that rubbed the paint away.
That's a pitty because the whole transaction was smooth and straight foward.
Haf an issur with the seat stem andbike-room send me another to fix the problem and I just returned the damaged one. So they are very straight foward and I will recommend their platform for any cycling anthusiast.

Wilier Filante custom build
The bike (Wilier Filante SLR with Campagnolo Super Record 13 WRL) was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
The advice and support provided by Mattia before and during the purchase (thanks again) was very professional.
Unfortunately, the complete bike I had originally chosen was not available in the desired configuration (F-Bar stem length/gear ratio), but Mattia found a suitable frame, which was then built according to my wishes at the same (very good) price as the complete bike, and even a last-minute change in the gear ratio was also implemented.
The entire purchase process, communication, and delivery were smooth and professional.
