After ordering my bike I had a few questions. Andrea was very forthcoming answering them smartly. The bike was shipped and it was a speedy delivery to Australia. On receiving the bike it was very well packed in a great box. After an hour or so of putting it together it was ready to ride. Great service thank you.

I bought a Bianchi Infinito from Bikeroom and the experience was amazing!
First, the model i chose was not available any more, however they quickly offered an upgrade (newer model) for a reduced price.
After all these, i have asked the Bikeroom team to help with an expedite delivery as my previous bike got stolen and all my plans were about to become ruined. They understood the situation and i had the bike home in a bit over a week (considering that it was abroad delivery).

They truly take care of their customers, not to mention what a beauty I got 🤩.

I was truly amazed by BikeRoom. I ordered a team bike on Sunday, and just four days later I was unpacking a freshly serviced bike.

Even my most obsessive mechanic couldn't find a single issue. The Di2 battery was fully charged, the shifter batteries were brand new, the power meter battery was new, and the chain was almost new, perfectly clean, and ready for waxing.

Honestly, it doesn't feel like I bought a used bike at all.

I asked for fast delivery, and the package traveled over 1,000 km in just three days after payment.

I absolutely love you guys, and special kudos to Andrea, who replied to every email within three hours.

Bikeroom fulfilled all expectations! The Bike is as per specification. I wasn’t sure during shipment how it was going. They were answering soon and clear.
The shippment arrived ca. two weeks after the order.

Overall the experience was good, although the process was more complicated than expected.

I purchased a new Bianchi Infinito 2024. Unfortunately, after I had completed the order and payment, I was informed that the bike was actually unavailable despite being listed as in stock on the website. This led to several weeks of delays, additional discussions with customer service, and ultimately a CHF 200 surcharge to secure the bike through an alternative supplier.

Another aspect that could be improved is pricing transparency. The bike was initially advertised at a very attractive price, but the final amount increased due to several mandatory services and fees that were not entirely clear at first glance. While the services themselves may provide value, I believe it would be beneficial if the final purchase price were presented more transparently from the beginning so customers can better understand the true cost of the purchase.

The reason I am still giving 4 stars is that the customer service team remained polite and professional throughout the process. They continued searching for a solution, eventually managed to source the exact bike I wanted, and accommodated my requests regarding handlebar width and leaving the steerer tube uncut for future fitting adjustments.

As a gesture for the inconvenience, they also included several useful accessories and a pair of Shimano Ultegra PD-R8000 pedals free of charge, which I appreciated.
The main areas for improvement are inventory management, pricing transparency and communication. It would have been much better to know about the stock issue before completing the purchase, and more proactive updates during the process would have reduced uncertainty.

In the end, I received the bike I wanted at a competitive price, and I appreciate the effort made by the Bikeroom team to resolve the situation. Had the stock information and delivery process been smoother, this would have been a 5-star experience.

Generally the support was excellent and the delivery very smooth. Just the gear shifting is running quite badly which I expected to be properly set up when booking the preassembly package. Like this I need to readjust the gear shifting or even bring it to a bike mechanic.

Great product in the end but my original ordered was cancelled and effectively I had to pay 15% more to get the same product

I got bike for good price, but actual wheels on the bike were by cca 600eur cheaper and delivery was 2 weeks later then indicated at first. Also I ordered ready to ride bike and I spent 6 hours putting it together
