Got a Bianchi Arcadex Comp. Bike arrived in perfect condition with very secure packaging. Easy to assemble the last few parts. Good communication regarding shipping from overseas and filling out the required forms. Bike arrived on time and in fact at the beginning of the window in which it was expected. Price was also very nice.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bike Room. I transferred a large sum of money for a bike, only to be told afterward that it wasn't in stock after all. They didn't even respond to the email I sent afterward. That was my first and last dealings with this company.

I found some grass in the cassette indicating that the bike was tested or used. Little scratches but nothing I'm concerned with for a mountain bike. The price is very attractive, though.

Turned out to be amazing!
They messed up a bit at first, but it turned out amazing! They cancelled my first order (New) a few days after having paid it, because it wasn't in stock anymore. They gave me 3 options: 1. get a refund, 2. add 750.- for the same bike in another colour, and 3. for the same price I paid get the newer version of this bike but in shimano105 di2 instead of ultegra di2. I was then pretty angry: how can they suggest bikes to sell that are no longer available, and why should I pay that much more for the same bike or the verymuch worse option?. After a few mails, I decided to change my order on another bike (Km0) I saw on the website. To thank me, they offered the Pro-service, made a 200.- discount on the same bike, and said they would add gift with the bike. I was a bit scared because everything was now a bit too perfect... Only a few days later, I had this amazing bike at home, with a lot of compensations gift. Everything was perfect and ready to ride, frame quality was perfect no cracks, no marks of usage, protections films still everywhere. I have it for one month now, already rode 1000km with it in various rides (250km rides such as 30km punchy race) and it's amazing. Truely happy, I recommand, the customer service was perfect!
Still 4 stars because of the first failed ordered, but I still recommand it!!

Di2 cable missing and Di2 not working.
They assured me the di2 charger and the power crankset charging cable would be included in the delivery - they were not.
Second and probably the worst is that the di2 didnt work when the bike arrived as it was missing a cable connecting through to the TT ahifters.

I love the option to buy a team bike…
I love the option to buy a team bike like I did! The shipping from Italy to the US was pretty fast and not a difficult process. Just remember you’ll pay tariffs on the product. The bike is nice but it has way more spots, scuffs, chunks out of the paint than it shows online. It showed one spot on the frame in the Factor sticker but when I got the bike there were more spots than that one. Including a good chunk taken out on the fork. If you buy used just maybe ask for more detailed pictures,
