I was just getting into learning about converting my bike to an E-bike and was clueless until I met Alvin. He, over the past couple nights, spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions and being very patient with me. LOL. There's a lot to know when it comes to these type of changes and he was very helpful with the mag wheels and exactly what I would need and it just made life so much easier. Alvin Seville was friendly and knowledgeable about my situation and was able to resolve my issue . As far as I know up to this point . My issue was trying to cancel an order . I couldn't get ahold of phone support and wanted to contact someone before the items were shipped . If the order is cancelled then my experience was great .

I ordered an ebike from Bikeberry about 3 weeks ago.
The shipping manager-Felicia were great! in letting me know the on going status of shipment and after I received the shipment. She followed up with an email to make sure there were no damage or issues. Felicia wanted me to let her know how I like the ebike after my initial ride and that I was satisfied with my purchase. I explained to her the saddle were a bit too stiff and at some point I would like to switch to a wider saddle with spring absorbers. She immediately texted me with suggestions and even offer me a discount on which model I decided
to buy..So I took up her offer and purchased the Mycargi black on black
cruiser saddle, I know it's going to enhance my ride experience and the bonus is that it'll look sooo cool on my matte black Skyhopper.
I can't thank! Felicia enough for her terrific customer service.

Alvin seville Had my issue solved in an instant where as last person i spoke to about this felt like a friday and was eager to leave....... i e the issue was never solved, i thought it was but the part they kept sending was not the original, after further discussions they wouldnt send an og part or replace the broken wheel i bought,broken from poor packaging, so never again bikeberry

Ordered a whole bike kit for the hubby for his birthday. Your customer Service representatives Summer and Earl were very helpful. Summer went out of her way to keep in contact with me for a couple of months now and even went out of her way to get me a discount that was above and beyond. Earl calmed all my confusion when i seen an email saying the bike shipped but then was cancelled with Fedex.
