Slow response times to queries/problems. There were mechanical problems with the bike: gears, chain. Refused to come out to fix poor workmanship unless I paid a call-out fee. Took it elsewhere and the guy identified the problem immediately wrong chain (despite him charging me for new one) and dereilleur not aligned correctly.
Save yourself hassle and money and use someone else.
Absolute shocking, I had to take it to some body else to get it fixed. Made a right pig. Ear didn’t put right chain on. Didn’t put the brakes on. Didn’t put the accelerator on tied the battery on absolute terrible made a right mess avoid like the plague

Great experience buying a converted mountain bike (750w bafang bbs02). All the wiring was done very nice and neatly. James overall has been very informative and helpful through the whole process.
