Needed some pedal washers to widen my…
Needed some pedal washers to widen my stance . Did not want to pay a lot of money on shipping cost for such a simple item. Bikefit send me the washers in an envelop and I received them a couple of days later. Great service!

I’m glad the washers arrived quickly and solved the problem. For small parts like these, paying more for shipping than for the actual item never made much sense to me either. One of humanity’s many strange little business models.

Fit before you buy
Fit before you buy. Had the opportunity to get myself a fit before buying my new gravel bike. Really helped me figuring out what size frame to buy and what would be the changes. Patrick is very reactive and it's nice to work with someone dedicated to your speed and comfort on the bike !
