Box arrived severely damaged and you are not willing to take responsibility for this.

Reply to Bikeflights response: To call the damage to the box as cosmetic is laughable; the box was barely holding together. Yes, the contents happened to be undamaged but this is sheer luck and is in spite of the careless handling by the shipper. Ultimately, you charge for a service and executed it very poorly.

Our claims team has been in contact regarding your concerns. While cosmetic wear and damage to shipping containers can unfortunately occur in transit, carriers and our shipping policy do not provide coverage or refunds for damage limited to the box or case itself when the contents arrive safely.

The web site is terrible

The web site is terrible. You can’t just go back, you need to start all over again. You should also tell people everything they need to know in advance - before the bike is boxed up - like bike S/N. I boxed it all to know the weight.

Bike Flights experience was fabulous

Bike Flights experience was fabulous. Everything worked out with my bike arriving to my final destination. Great support and help. The cost was reasonable and you were informed of the route your bike was transported as well as delivery date.
