Great company where you can score biking gear for cheaper than other places. No other shops have the deals they have. The only downside is the delivery time for their products but it's worth the wait.

Price is ok but after one week waiting…
Price is ok but after one week waiting the delivery was delay on the another one and half week.
I have problem with the tyre in my bike. I expect quick delivery because I need every day pumping, not tubes tyre. On next time I will twice before used this shop. NEED USED OPTION PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK.

3 recent orders, 3 issues
3rd order placed this year where I've experienced an issue. Placed an order for 2x of a product. Shipping fairly expensive but acceptable for a quantity of 2. Not notified of any issue with the order. Received an email showing that my order was being prepared and noticed the quantity had been reduced to 1. Queried this with support more than once asking why and a request to cancel if the order could not be completely fulfilled. Only received Canned responses - noone bothered to read my query. No explanation why the quantity had been reduced. The item appeared to still be in stock in the size I ordered. The order was shipped and delivered to me. The item received did not match the image of the item ordered but it appears the image was incorrect. Didn't bother contacting about this issue since I didn't receive any useful information previously. Had requests for feedback on service - gave this with an explanation why and this wasn't followed up.
Prices are good on tradeinn / bikeinn but you can't be confident that your order will be delivered completely or by the dates advised when you ordered. Customer service needs to review emails rather than sending Canned responses based on the query type selected.

If I could give zero stars I would. This scam company have taken my sons money FAILED to deliver the goods and REFUSED to issue a refund because they have a 7 days of delivery refund policy!! Well if the goods are never delivered the policy doesn’t work ?
They refuse to provide proof of delivery which they say happened, they refuse to issue a refund for good that’s they have been paid for! They are simply a SCAM praying on young inexperienced people to take their money and refuse to complete on the orders they receive.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Product and pricing is ok, but delivery is slow and tracking is vague. Customer service reqsponse are generic and say "please be patient" That's no good when you are depending on a delivery - had to buy an alternative locally.

Returns are appalling
Returns are appalling. They charge £12.50 to return a shoe box to the midlands, which is insane. What's more they demand you pay the postage up front and then hope they refund you. I'd think carefully before buying often returned items like shoes or clothing here.

Do not buy from this website, if you appreciate good customer service, updated information about product availability when making a order and predictable delivery eta!
Sometimes orders takes a month to be delivered, and if you dont remove items that are not in stock(btw you only discover that after paying), you will be wainting forever. Poor and automated customer service, that don’t actively engage with your question. This has happened to me many times that i will prefer more expensive shops with better quality service!
