I have waited over a month for my…

I have waited over a month for my products. Now they have arrived. I had to buy batteries as they were not supplied and the product does not work as advertised. There is no instructions or paperwork to tell you what the readings are and there is no blood glucose reading which is what I bought it for. If you want to know your pulse it is great but this is not what I wanted. Would not advise anyone to buy

They say 3-5 day shipping

They say 3-5 day shipping, I have waited over a month and have not received my package. I have emailed their customer service twice and have yet to hear back. A complete disappointment.

I received my glucose meter on around 1-22-2025. The directions were so small I had to take a photo then enlarge it. When I installed the batteries it did not work at all. A total waste of $32. I guess you get what you pay for

r. Shame on Facebook for allowing this crap to go on.

Scam...Same thing happened to me

Sent me the correct box but not a Bikenda monitor inside. The monitor that was sent to me does not read the blood glucos as described. They overcharged me from what was on my invoice. This is a Scam. Paypal did nothing for me to help with my situation.

Scam

I received my meter today and it does nothing to check to check my blood glucose. I bought 2 of these and it was a huge waste of money. I am outraged.
This is a huge scam.

Total scam

Total scam, first charged more than the invoice amount and then no shipping info or response to emails. The ad had Superstore logo and said Canadian supplier but all was a scam. Trying to get my money back on PayPal right now. Not sure if the person uses this brand name to scam people or what.

SCAM

SCAM: they send you an oxymeter instead of what’s advertised.
No communication returned

Instead of the high-tech meter advertised, victims receive a generic fingertip pulse oximeter. This is a common type of pulse oximeter that can be purchased for under $3 per unit on sites like Alibaba or Aliexpress. It is a small device that clips onto your fingertip to measure your pulse rate and blood oxygen saturation level.
The packaging and branding for the product may make it look like the advertised Bikenda meter. But the device inside is just a generic clone pulse oximeter relabeled to appear like the promised blood sugar monitor.

think I've been scammed here.

think I've been scammed here.
saw advert for Bikenda finger glucose meter and ordered it from
unionpure.uk,payed the amount of £46.98.
This was 9 days ago I got a receipt and was told I would be notified when coming.I have since seen that there is a scam going around preying on diabetics and feel a bit foolish being caught as I am usually aware of such.
Please if you see these adds do not fall for them.

It just doesn't work.

When I put the batteries in, (both of them...i bought 2) didn't work. I discovered that the battery terminals were not set up properly and I had to reverse one of the batteries to even get it to light up. So when I checked, it wasn't reading my blood sugar level at all. I tried to contact them, but the same happened
to me, i heard nothing. I'm going to start the refund process with PayPal and see how that goes. The original total price was $77.89 but after I clicked on the "pay", the amount grew to $97.36 They added on freight and insurance. I just got another add on my phone trying to sell the same item "Bikenda" and they specifically say,,"blood glucose testing" and that add is from the Australian Government's "Diabetes Australia" ??? I mean, WTF ?

This is the second time I,ve tried and…

This is the second time I,ve tried and failed to get a Blood Glucose Meter from Bikenda, from different suppliers. Each time I receive an Oximeter which is as much use as a chocolate fireguard. The picture on the ad of the second one I ordered clearly showed a Hs1ab?reading,but the item received hasn't got it even though the packaging states that its a "non invasive laser glucometer"
Basically the scam is that when you complain they say that you can keep the meter, and they will refund 70 percent of the item.I paid £49,and the metres are worth about £2,so they make £12

Minus 10

If I could give a minus 10 star I would. This is a total scam as most have acknowledged. I usually read reviews before buying but got caught up in the Aussie made propaganda. (BS)lesson learnt.
The profit margin these scammers get for this particular con is through the roof…. That is what hurts. I am embarrassed that I actually fell for this 😡😡😡😡

Well I see I'm not the only…

Well I see I'm not the only disappointed customer to buy this Glucose meter in the online FB ad. FB should police these companies in my opinion. Just a side note for those who bought this contraption, reverse the batteries , seems even the black wire is the positive connection and the red is negative,,,go figure....LOL !
Ill see what Pay Pal will do. I had a o/o offer from these type of companies, they are hoping you won't want to bother about sending their junk back to them. The box says non invasive glucose meter but the contents is a oxygen meter...SMH

I purchased the Bikenda glucose metre

I purchased the Bikenda glucose metre. Huge SCAM. These people need to be charged. They are advertising under different names and using Diabetes Australia as a supporter of their rubbish. Advertised to arrive in 3 or 4 days but finally arrived on 14/01/2025 after ordering 28/12/2024 Supposed to be 3 to 4 days delivery as they are advertised as made in Australia when this one was posted from China.I put numerous batteries in it and it does not even turn on. Numerous emails sent to them with a few email addresses I could find and they were false emails. When I did find a email that worked I have sent heaps of emails to it and I get the same answer back that they will refund me 40% of the cost back and I KEEP it or post it back to CHINA for a cost of $20 and they will refund me the cost price. Trouble is they are advertising under different names and catching all of us with diabetes. Should be charged as it is false advertising made in Australia when they are not.
