This product is a complete joke very misleading!! They in no way work, and you can not get a refund waist of money

I just got my meters
17, 2025. Tried 2 sets of batteries and they won't even turn on. I can't believe i bought these units both of them will not power up. Not happy oh well lessons learned. And I am a 73 year old A+ certified computer technician . I'm not perfect.

This item it’s a total scam please do not buy.Does not measure glucose levels.

Bought this meter as it was advertised as a non invasive glucometer IT IS NOT. Do not waste your money it only checks your heart and oxygen levels a complete waste of money and company never gets back to you.

I ordered the multi functional blood glucose meter which arrived today. I looked forward to using it as I am prediabetic. To my disappointment the meter inside was a heartrate and oxygen meter. How can this be resolved?

The Bikenda does not measure blood glucose as it claims.
The instructions are printed so small I can not even read them with a magnifying glass.
Absolutely useless

Tried to contact the sender, no reply so far! also referred the issue to PAYPAL, awaiting a response, will see what happens next ?

Wish I could attach what I received from this company. I ordered 10 sets of upper and lower dentures for my husband and I. Product received does not even resemble dentures. My complaint emails received no reply. Then reported to PayPal that would not refund. They say that 30 days since order had expired. Postage, that was meant to be from Australia, came from Hong Kong and took at least 4 weeks til the order arrived here. After PayPal declined the refund, this company finally emailed me with two options.
1. Don't return the product and be refunded all but 30 % of the purchase price.
2. Return the product to an overseas address given, at an approximate cost of $20.00 AUD, to receive the full refund.
Of course I chose option one, but to date have still not been refunded the offered amount to my account.
They operate under numerous company names SO BUYER BEWARE!!!

SCAM You will be sent a cheap Temu sats probe (pulse oximeter) worth £1.99 and that will only measure blood oxygen saturations, badly. These devicea will not measure blood pressure or blood glucose level.

They send a cheap plastic oxymeter that's made in China and doesn't even work.

TOTAL SCAM, beware of this scam, 2 Bikenda smart multifunctional non-invasive glucometer came in the post. Unwrapped and inserted 2 batteries into one, nothing. Does not work! The idea is great, and every diabetic would like to use one. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Received item today. It is a pulse oximeter not a glucose monitor and it doesn’t work. DO NOT PURCHASE.

The items sent were not what was ordered and you can't contact the supplier. DO NOT BUY it is a SCAM.

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS. I just received 4 x Oxygen meter and not the ones that I had ordered which is a glucose reader for sugar levels.
They are taking advantage of all Diabetic people.
Please Do not get caught up in this SCAM.
