What a friendly place Bike Stop is! It can feel really intimidating walking into a bike gear shop but not so here - no one is there to make judgements and all are welcome. It’s a happy place! My helmet needed replacing after ahem…some years (ok let’s say 16 then) and Joel guided me through suitable replacements. When he looked at the date of manufacture I knew it was nearly as old as him! He offered me good and impartial advice without trying to sell me something - he didn’t try to upsell and I felt no pressure to actually buy anything at all. I bought the helmet that fitted me the best and was the most comfortable to wear! It seems I have an Arai kind of head. Thanks Joel and Bike Stop it was a pleasure.

Cameron served me on both occasions I visited the store. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was given expert advice on all of my purchases.

On my first visit I purchased a ladies Held Ayanna II one-piece leather suit, Dainese Ladies' Torque 3 Out Boots and a Quadlock bundle. On my second visit I purchased a Shoei NXR2 helmet and some Handroid MK5 gloves.

I recommend going to this store if you want quality products and expert product advice.

Yet another fantastic purchase from Bike stop. They know their product, had excellent advice on helmet fitting and came away with a gorgeous Arai concept XE. Well worth a visit.. and the coffee tastes good too!

I was served by Pierre. He was very helpful with me selecting a new helmet. He established what my particular needs would be and found a suitable helmet for me. He had me try the helmet and advised me to keep it on for 15 minutes to ensure it suitably fit. He explained clearly how the helmet should be stored to prevent deterioration of any materials. He was very pleasant and helpful. Great service.

Huge thanks to Martin Short for helping to kit me out with new Halvarssons gear. Took time to work out what I needed and to make sure it fits well. As a new biker I find Bike Stop incredibly helpful and welcoming into the biking community.

Came in for some helmets, service from Pierre was outstanding.

Martin helped my sister get her first set of gear, helmet, boots, jacket and trousers. Was extremely patient and understanding with her and very helpful in getting her what she needed to start out with.

All the staff were friendly, good team atmosphere, helping each other out, super-friendly to the customers. I was promptly served by Martin, who was attentive, and even after we’d made a decision, he went back and reconsidered if it was the best option. Then arranged custom inserts for the helmet there and then. And even once I had my card out, he came down with another helmet because I’d said I liked the red one but it was too expensive and so he found an alternative. Just exactly how all retail experiences should be. Brilliant.

The shop was bigger than expected and very well stocked with all I wanted to look at. I choose a leather jacket by Dainese and I received very good help and suggestion. Everyone is very kind and present but not pressing. Good experience.

I had a rather unusual warranty claim with an AGV helmet. Initially the guys at Bike Stop were unsure how to progress it to help me. The same day I got an email from Martin saying he was taking personal responsibility for ensuring my warranty claim was resolved. And he did, keeping me updated during the process.
A great attitude to supporting a customer outside of a sale and lots of good will. Thank you!

Made my first purchase from Bike stop today in store.
Met Joel who could not have been more helpful and pleasant. A definite recommendation from me and a good price for Klim kit to boot.

Ordered myself a new helmet early afternoon, and it was on my doorstep within 24 hours. The expected delivery on the website was marked as two days. Properly impressed.

Ordered a couple of pinlocks and some other bits. Only one pinlock arrived. Sent an email just letting them know and they replied really quickly and sent another out without any issues same day.

Will 100% be returning!
