Served by Martin, it was my first time in the shop and all the staff were friendly, helpful and very approachable! There was no "bike snobbery" but rather we felt like part of the bike community right from the outset.

As i was unsure of what new crash helmet to go for the expert advice from Pierre was fantastic. The team even set up my new sena system and linked it up to my old system ready for my son to use .

ps the food and coffee and regulars are all brilliant too, after having 20years off a bike all the advice is great.

The guys here are the best. My husband has been buying his motorbike clothing, helmets and accessories from here for years. They are all so helpful, friendly and polite. They know their stuff and go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied. Cant recommend them enough for someone who wants a personal, professional service with a smile. What a breath of fresh air to deal with such a competent business! Well done all :-)

Pierre was fantastic when I came to collect my online order but I was also interested in purchasing a waterproof overjacket - he gave me his honest opinion based on his own experience and the opinions of other customers who've bought similar products. No sales pressure, just a genuine desire to help! Great shop!

Pierre was very helpful and gave good advice about the products I was looking at very pleased with the boots that I bought have used them a couple of times first class all round.

I loved the assortment of stuff to chose from, and Pierre was super helpful. He helped me with the full set of equipment, and even though I'm a complete novice, he was very patient, explained a lot etc.

Ordered a 1 piece suit off Cameron at bike stop, was extremely helpful and quick to reply. Suit turned up when he said.

Had to change an order and customer services responsed almost immedaitely with absolutely no quibbles. I really love that they have a list of vegan motorcycle gear on their website as it's almost impossible to tell from most product descriptions.

My first trip to Bikestop. A very positive visit. The shop is packed full of kit, and also more is available. I was welcomed and after an initial wander around not finding what I needed, I was asked what i was looking for , I explained, and 5 minutes later a pair of jeans arrived to try on , fitted great, just needs a bit of shortening, which will be done in a couple of weeks by their tailor. Well recommended will be back if I need any more new kit.

Well looked after by Pierre in the search for some comfortable proper fitting gloves! Certainly makes the difference being able to talk to someone rather than just buying online and hoping for the best.

I was in search for some new motorcycle gear, on my visit to bike stop I was instantly greeted by the team who made me feel extremely welcome to their shop! After having a quick browse, a friendly face kindly offered assistance which I was extremely grateful for since the store has a lot of choices. Went in the shop to update my bike equipment after a 8 year break. Martin (Short) was excellent and patient with my wife and I sorting out first a new jacket then a couple if weeks later with new lids for us both. He was helpful and gave us good advice and we've walked away very happy.

Went in to find some riding jeans as I am a new rider and I was assisted by Pierre who was great and helpful to find me the right fit and a pair for the right price

Went in for a new helmet but unsure on what was best for me, Pierre's knowledge was outstanding and nothing was too much of an ask, after trying multiple helmets we found the perfect one for me. also got a great deal on some jeans. For anyone who's looking for some new bike gear I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bikestop and Pierre!
