Excellent service again from martin and Pierre on choice of gloves.

Just been to the shop to buy a ‘mesh’ jacket and was served my M. Short. Very helpful and knowledgeable with no ‘hard sell’ (unlike some others).
I ended up with a Klim and very happy too.

Recent visit to Bike Stop at Stevenage.
I purchased a Shark EVO GT helmet and a Klim Marrakesh jacket.
Excellent service from Martin and Pierre.

I went to the bike shop to get a helmet and meet George and he is a very nice person to meet and also very funny and friendly and I had nice experience with George in the bike shop in Stevenage old town and huge thanks to George for helping me with finding the right helmet for me which is the i90 in pearl white in the medium size

I went to the shop to get a helmet and i managed to find the perfect helmet with the help of George we talked about different helmets and the best one that went with what I described and got the i90 in pearl white fit perfect and comfortably and massive thanks to George at the bikestop in stevenage old town for helping me find the right helmet

Martin and the team (Pierre helped me today) are simply superb. You cannot beat their service with hands on advice and attention to detail for fit and safety. They always go the extra mile. I purchased a Gore-Tex suit and comms set, and was advised professionally throughout. I was even talked out of the more expensive option for a different make that fitted me better and was way cheaper. If you want hands on one to one customer service then go see Martin and the team. 5 Star service.

We spent 2 hrs there and Cameron helped us to choose the right gear. Fantastic shop with friendly staff. Highly recommended

I visited yesterday to speak to someone about intercoms. After a brief chat with Martin, he recommended that I bring my helmet in to see how bulky etc different models were and the kind of fit I would get. I came in today, and Martin had arranged for James to help me out. After looking at a few different options, I decided on the Cardo Edge.
After testing it out earlier, it is in a league of its own in comparison to the others that I have tried.
I just wanted to thank Martin, James and the team for their great customer service and product knowledge as ever!

Pierre did a great job. Though I had chosen most of my purchases before we looked at boots. That’s OK, nice to browse without hassle if you don’t need help.
Good selection of goods too. Could do with a till upstairs.

I was served by Pierre and am a first time rider looking to complete my accelerated DAS course shortly.

Pierre spent around 90 minutes with me. We covered all aspects of equipment, high/low price ranges and different options. He was highly knowledgable, friendly, courteous and at no points was he pushy.

I will be returning to The Bike Stop for future kit needs and advice. The cafe is great too! Thank you Pierre and team for the service.

Brilliant service from all the guys at bikestop, they were really helpful and the product knowledge was second to none. It's always a great shop to go to with a good atmosphere, miles better than the rest.

I needed a new crash helmet and the service and knowledge of Pierre was excellent and very helpful. Its good to support local too.

Great place, ended up spending a lot of money, no regrets! Martin was great and gave a lot of good advice. Finally I have a properly fitted crash helmet and proper gear for my first bike. Definitely coming back for more goodies later, even if the drive is over an hour long!

Called in to pick up the previously ordered Crash Hat today. Could not resist the Sena Comms system to go with it. As always, a first class experience. Many thanks to all the staff. Pierre and Martin are absolutely bloody stars.

Forget the rest and try the best! I was shopping for a new set of leathers for the track day season. I tried several different UK chain stores for bike gear, but ended up disappointed with the indifferent service I was getting. I’d never been to Bike Stop UK before, and I travelled a long way to get there. It was the last store I visited that day and I wish it had been the first! They had exactly what I needed, off the peg, with great advice aplenty. Pierre could not have been more helpful and set me up with what I needed within minutes. So, forget the rest and try the best, I know I’ll definitely be back.
