Ordering from Bike Tires Direct was a very positive experience. They have a great selection of parts, fair prices and very quick service. I was building my first gravel bike and started searching for the drive train when I found Bike tires Direct. I was able to order all of the parts to complete my dream build and at a fair price. The loyalty rewards also helped keep the cost down as well. I would highly recommend buying from them.

Everything went smoothly overall. However, when an Amazon partner handled the shipping, I wasn’t able to access tracking information or see delivery updates. That said, the delivery was still quite fast.

The tubes were high quality and expensive, but I knew the cost (about $70)ahead of time and I was ok with it. The tubes arrived promptly too. Right before the tubes arrived, I decided to go tubeless, so I did a return request. It ended up costing nearly $14 for shipping and restocking fees. The fees and return policy is not secret, so I should have known. I will be more careful in the future. BTD has always been a great choice to order bike stuff from. I will have to be more thoughtful about ordering in the future. BTD is five stars, but this purchase and return ended up being expensive.

Found what I wanted at a good price. Needed help with a gift code and after chatting with an associate the problem was resolved. Another great experience with BTD!
