As Previous Lithium battery purchased person review.
I had same issue.
Nouhtk shido lithium battery.
Dieed in months.
Customer service is very poor. Just blaming to customer not accepting mistake.
Took the battery to sports bike shop which confirm issue with the battery.
Taking this further with eBay as no hope from bike torque racing.

Please avoid them.

I have spoken with optimate and they have confirmed that optimate 4 dual is not harming or damaging batteries even if they are not compatible. And optimate is smart technology charger. It charges according to battery Volts.
I know you don't want to give customers warranty claim. But at least accept your item is faulty.
I charged the battery after it was Droped in the middle of the ride. How can optimate dual 4 charger damage the battery when battery stop working in the middle of the ride for a 5 minute stop!!!

I was passing through when I noticed Bike Torque Racing's building. I tend to buy parts online, but I popped in out of curiosity. The gentleman who served me was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. I bought a chain and sprocket kit and will be using Bike Torque when I upgrade my brakes.

Excellent service and knowledge. Would recommend.

I phoned up on a Wednesday afternoon to order some service parts and get some advice on other parts I thought i needed to replace.
The sales staff sorted out the service parts very quickly and listened to my concerns about the other parts i was worrying over, they knew exactly what they were talking about and gave me some good advice even though it stopped them from selling more parts.
Great company that I will definitely be using as much as possible in the future.

I purchased a Shido lithium-ion motorcycle battery from biketorqueracing nearly 2 years ago. The battery recently developed a problem and was unable to accept a full charge. I initially contacted Shido though their webform but got no reply. So I contacted biketorqueracing sales department and got an immediate response, offering to process a warranty claim with Shido on my behalf. This took a couple of days to process and get approval to replace the battery. A great example of fantastic customer service, thanks to Jake Boardman at biketorqueracing.

Purchased a Lithium battery off this company via their Amazon selling site. The battery failed within a month of the purchase and I contacted BikeTorque Racing who initially responded quickly however, following a quick response a promise to replace the faulty battery they kept emailing me wanting information then more information and more information........Suffice to say I had to make a complaint to Amazon for a refund as my son needed to use his motorcycle.

I purchased the same item cheaper from Halfords with next day delivery, and no quibbles if it needs a warranty claim with Halfords.

In my opinion the service offered by Bike Torque Racing was extremely poor and I would recommend seeking out alternatives to this company as you will be left frustrated, and more than frustration like me you will be left without use of your motorcycle answering numerous emails and jumping through hoops.

Look at their 1 Star reviews they are all similar bad service, and all to do with refunds be very wary of this company.
