Fast, product works but cheaply made, won´t last long.

Pure fraud. Made a purchase for Christmas presents which although ordered in good time arrived late (from Spain ??)
Should be registered for free membership in order to purchase. After a few months, they suddenly start charging monthly membership fees.
Could never dream of shopping with them again.

Attention, attendion: with every order a subscription will be completed !!!
I have ordered a few cheap silicon pads for the price of 12 EUR, now they debited monthly subscription fees iof 12 EUR each month since 6 months, supposedly I have concluded such a contract.
I now delete the subscription function and hope my credit card company agrees to a refund. Bilablau in any case insists on payment.

Never got what I ordered AND bilablau is taking additional money from my account without any explanation or reason. Don't buy from them!

Shady business - Did not refund my money for months until I called them, and once you buy something they will automatically charge you 100 DKK each month. Avoid.

Be carefull, this site misuse people!!!! First you don'"t receive the products, you have te send email and than they send it to you.
SECOND AND WORSE this is a club, so you need to pay 12 euro each months. Never received an invoice for this membership so they take the money without you know it.
If you wanna unsubscribe, you had to be attentive because they ask so many questions before you really are unsubscribed.

Websites as this has to be forbidden!!!!

They do not inform you about membership, but withdraw money from your account every month. They advertise on e.g. facebook with cheap gadgets to lure people in. I bought a small thing for 29 kr (58 kr including shipment) and not I have lost 2*89 kr in addition to this. On top of this, they took more than a month to deliver. Now I have (hopefully) managed to cancel by "membership". Don't provide these people with information about your account numbers - it WILL be misused.

In their website it's state delivery time 1-2 days. MY ORDER TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO ARRIVE. AND WHEN IT FINALLY ARRIVED IT'S NOT EVEN COMPLETE! WHY SHOULD YOU LIE THAT THE ITEMS ARE ON STOCK WHERE THE FACT IS THAT YOU ARE ORDERING IT FIRST FROM CHINA! I ENCOURAGE ALL NOT TO TRUST THIS COMPANY! SO BAD. Now they write that they will send the missing items and not even sure how long time I have to wait for this!

Conditions hidden and I didn´t realize that buying stuff included a membership!!

Scammers. Altought the prices are good and the shipment is fast enought, they apply not-so-clear polices. For example I wanted to buy three 10€ items because the site said the shipment was free from 30€ and up, magically, when I went for checkout one of the items suddently drop his price to 9€ so I didn't get free shipment. no big deal as it was only 4€ but still.... the best came after a few days since I received said items, my credit card has been charged for 12€, I wrote to the costumer service and they explained me that buying anything for the first time, triggers a subscription to their website for 9£ or 12€, which is free for the first 14 days and you can cancel it as soon as your item arrives, but you'll never do that because you'll never they activated it unless you check the checkout page very carefully. they don't send you an email that confirms the subscription and it's not even advertised on the website.

Just stay away from those scammers and buy your stuff somewhere else

There is a hidden (mentioned only in the small-print on their web site) membership charge of 12 EUR a month. They draw you in with a cheap offer and then you are signed up. I purchased something for 8 EUR but my credit card was billed for 8 EUR plus 12 EUR monthly membership. I queried this with Bilablau and they refused to refund the monthly fee. I have cancelled my "subscription" and will never use the company again. They are fraudulent in my opinion. The information that they are a "membership" organisation should be front and centre on their web site; it is not.

Bilablau took 2 debits from my account in April and despite being in contact with them from 23rd May when I was assured one had been reversed there is still nothing in my account to date. Very poor and shoddy company. Avoid if possible

I placed an order in website of 125kr. After 15 days they charged me with an extra fee of 89kr that is called Membership which literally means they will send me offers and spams. And if I hadn't noticed that in my account they were about to do that monthly. This membership info is written quietly in their purchase agreement.
I contacted them and asked them to refund 89kr. Surprisingly, they said you have ticked terms and conditions and we cannot return the money to you. I think they are bunch of Charlatans gathering to earn a money they don't deserve.
