Will not order anything here anymore. Poor products from China!

These guys are cheating and subscribe customers to a monthly subscription. I already reported the case to police. Be careful.

They scam money from you. I was tricked too. 2 months have passed. Bought 12 sets of Magic tracks with cars. Delays, excuses and problems everytime. From 12 sets i got 6 tracks and only 3 cars. Stey still owe me 6 tracks and 9 cars. They are ridiculous. They have started to ignore me now and no direct answers by Tony Parker or Christian Meyer, if those are they real names! Never buy from them, you will also be forced to pay them subscription fee about 12 euros per month. Bilablau makes nice profit and enemies too!

I did not see the smallprijnt about memberdship fee and it was a few months before i realised. I complsined and asked if i could have a refund as iten was €6 and i have paid £68 in membership fees. They refused point blank saying they do not refund membership. They have again charged me over £12 this month and are refusing to refund even though i cancelled last month

Pure deception :-(

I have end last year, and this yea purchased items from their website, now I realize that I have signed up for a subscription for 89,- DDK pr month without any notice to me.

I write to them mid August through their webside, to cancel this agreement. I did not get any answer, I then write twice to 2 different email addresses, still without any answer.

Really bad.

I bought a toy for my kid, few euro, they report it as "shipped via GLS" , but really never gived to the courier. They replay with silly excuses. As they sell without having the goods available, I asked for a refund, but they say "it is not possible". I went to the police and they said to me: "this organization is on our black list, we suggest to block your credit card, to avoid any attempt to charge further unauthorized amounts".

This company is a complete scam. They will take a monthly fee from your credit/debit card when you purchase anything from thier online store. This 'membership' fee is quite small so most people will be unaware of it. On top of this you will most probably never recieve the goods you pay for, as they tend to get 'lost' by the delivery company and this is 'out of their hands'.
Non existant customer service is the icing on the cake for Bilablau.
Do not buy anything from this 'company'. You have been warned.

The order received is faulty and I have sent you an e-mail to ask for a refund

I ordered one item which was out of stock. Of course they didn't say that. All they said it was order placed. Then they started charging 12 euro per month (they should give u a warning for that, not just hide it in the terms that no one reads)
And of course my order cannot be cancelled because it's already printer according to their support. Now I have to wait for the item to arrive and then send it back to get a refund for an item that costs less than the subscription. Now it's been more than a month and I 'm still waiting for my item.
