Website is a scam - do not order from here!! My order cost dkk 89 and before I realised they had charged my account dkk 89 4 times, claiming it was a membership fee. I order from websites all the time and have NEVER experienced this before. Any intentions to charge a membership fee should pop up several times ensuring your customers know what they are agreeing to - smallprint is not sufficient. I will be taking this all the way Bilablau.

I purchase something. No mail ,receipt of my purchase. Tried to purchase again, cant login. Make a new account. Buy the thing. Now I got money taken from my account 90x2 for "membership". I tried to call and get the person in charge as the customer service person was adamant in refunding one at least. The call sounded like it was someones home, no office noises. I am filing a formal complaint after this. Mails should arrive saying that its a membership ( not for newsletters) and that its renewed. Terms and conditions dont cover the fact this is not a clear deal and the company is not acting in good faith.

such a froud company should be blocked. Never trust them and do not buy anything because you will pay twice or more!

Do not share any bank details with Bilablau.dk. They abuse your bank account by adding fictional names to it and keep on taking membership fees after you have cancelled your membership.
I have cancelled my membership with the help of Tony Parker on 10 March 2017 but they still kept on taking the monthly fee. Their excuse is that there was another person registered on my bank details who is still a member and therefor they took the money.
I do not know the 2nd person and did not give instruction to Bilablau to add anyone to my account.
They commit fraud by adding strangers to your bank details and then refuse to admit their mistake and refund your money.
Stay Away from this company!

Fraud company charging you money for nothing that you have ordered. Claiming fake membership. Stay away!

I paid 29 DKK extra to have my package delivered to the address I filled in and Bilablau delivers my package at a kiosk 2 km from the given address. The product I bought was only 70 DKK, so I paid nearly half the price of the product in delivery costs. Basically, I paid for a service I never got. And worst thing after emailing them with this problem they didn't reply...

@Bilablau don't offer a service if you can't make it happen, why on earth do you think I order the product online and not in a shop!? Yes because I want to have it DELIVERED to a specific address! #FAIL

I have ordered Samsung tab A and after waiting 3 weeks finally got it yesterday. It’s been a little scary experience! But after receiving right product now everything fine for me!!

We had some problems at the beginning but eventually thinks came well and as ordered. Just have in mind that there is a member fee every month.

What a scam of a website!!! I made one order in May and unknowingly they charged me E12 monthly as a subscription that I never consented to. I only realised now so they robbed me E60 in all. Their phone is always busy and I couldn't log on my account. Finally I got a reply from a certain Carl Mortensen and he said he cancelled my said membership, THESE ARE THIEVES!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
